I doubt it because Dax isn't nearly as dumb as Nick about drugs or anything else. Nick basically begged to get busted. Bear in mind the reason this whole Nick fiasco and defense is so funny is because it took SO MUCH EVIDENCE to have this all happen -- the Livestream with drug behavior and literal coke on his nose, neglecting the kids, the kids telling multiple people about it, etc etc. Even if they got a warrant for Dax, I bet he keeps his drugs in a sensible place: like a safe or anywhere not right out in the fucking open for anyone to see.

How hard is it to just put your drugs away when you're done? Dax has been drinking and using drugs for years at least casually, I can't recall any of his streams where he was literally passing out on camera or going for an hour long break and coming back covered in drugs.

Actual degenerates mostly know what they are doing. Nick is just a wannabe degenerate and that's why he constantly fails at everything. It's even funnier that he out of everyone should know better. The only sad part is that now nobody takes him seriously as a lawyer so he won't be able to sink everyone else in his friend group with him anymore when they ask him for legal advice...because nobody in their right mind would do that ever again. Even if Nick remains a lawyer, imagine who would even hire him. Anybody just does a small cursory Google search and gets all this shit popping up.

Or he read this thread and my speculation about his Twitter DMs and possibly incriminating conversations with various people.
It is just speculation, I do not think the investigators would tell Aaron jack shit about what they found with the search warrant in Ethan Ralph's Twitter information.
It is, at this time, an unrelated case and Aaron has zero rights to knowing about the contents of someone else's private Twitter information.

If it turned out the investigators went to Aaron and said "Hey, here is what we found in this guys private data!", that would be a problem.

Actually it was about a year before the arrest that Drex stopped showing up, which lines up with Nick's sharp decline. Supposedly Drex just got busy, but it seems an incredible coincidence if so.

I am not really into calling it tattling, people can dislike steel toe but if two guys basically went through all your private info etc... and were talking about leaking it all online to intimidate you as a witness and just embarrass you and invade your privacy you would go to the cops too. Esp when one of the guys is a 400 LB hunchback creep to talks about PDFiling your daughter

It's not a coincidence at all.

Like I said, despite all the shit Drex gets, he does feel degeneracy has its limits, and dope is one of them. He's been clear about that for years.

There was a story making the rounds that he and Yellowflash were going to try and stage an intervention, but they couldn't do it before Nick got arrested.

And Nick is adamant he doesn't need help, even now, so it probably wouldn't have worked anyways. Nick doesn't want help. He wants enablers. You aren't any use to him otherwise.

- 1 year unsupervised probation.
- 90 day jail sentence (it's all suspended though for up to 1 year).
- $500 fine.
- $89 court surcharge.
- Warrant will be quashed.

I like it. And that could be a crime commissioned in Kandiyohi County, if Nick DM’d Aaron’s address to Ralph for that purpose.
Would that info be worth knocking his contempt of court charge down to not be a nationwide arrest grade offence? Does it work remotely like that?

Edit: breaking news while I was typing this : “Warrant will be quashed” - so that is indeed what they’ve given him. Was it in return for something like the above or did they just take pity on him after his pleading letter?
