In the Taylor Swift book, Russ claims a lawyer said he couldn't sue Skordas (John Smith) for all the things he said to make him look crazy because all court filings are immune to libel, and you can tell Russ takes this to heart because he knows full well he can call the farms a "Neo Nazi" website in every lawsuit with the farms or not because it's immune. Hence why he also insulted Skordas, calling him a trashy person in court filings.

At this point, @Null should have Lolcow LLC intercede for Sybil, since kiwifarms is clearly an unnamed defendant in this hooker case, and you know if he actually won against Sybil, he'd turn around and use that as evidence against the kiwifarms that "The Nevada courts found one of their trolls guilty for defaming and harassing me!"
