This guy says he (potentially) has some data on the bike the suspect fled on:

I would take this with a grain of salt though. Some reports say the suspect waited around for hours, and I assume he would’ve had his exit plan arranged way before 6:44am. The timeline just doesn’t really add up, but maybe I’m misunderstanding something. Also, seems like it would be very stupid to use one of those citibikes pulled from a dock next to where the hit is going to occur. Not sure what to make of it.

Yeah, they get gunned down in gang violence or robberies gone wrong, not cold-blooded assassinations. Shit will be mobilized to protect the elites from potentially wrathful peasants doing a repeat.

There's websites that sell janky, definitely-illegal Chinese silencers officially marketed as "fuel filters" or "solvent traps". Often alongside Glock automatic-switch "keychains". But there's no reason to believe the guy who did it got the thing in New York City, anyway. It was the annual shareholder meeting, the details of that are widely publicized. Someone with a grudge could easily have made a road trip from anywhere, stayed a few days, stashed a bike. And there's no shortage of people who have a good reason to hold a grudge against UnitedHealthcare.

Doesn't smell right, Those bikes are annoying to unlock and you need a payment account and tons of data plus a phone. You can buy a day pass for like 20 but i don't know what Docking and undocking means in that regard did it show that he shot the dude walked into an alley whipped out his phone tapped the bike waited for the confirmation then left? Seems weird.

I really don't know much about gun sperging so won't comment on what type of gun. But it seems probable if this guy was really well planned + patient (and potentially a contract killer) that whatever gun he got was suboptimal because it was either from the black market or stolen ahead of this crime happening.

Im glad this happened. My aunt had to fight for her cancer meds from this company, she still had to ask the rest of the family for help with money and was so stressed by it all constantly dealing with them. I know shes not the only one.

I don't care about the wife or kids. Now you know how it feels. Suffer.

I'm popping open a bottle of champagne tonight to celebrate.

Godspeed, masked brother. Inshallah, may he never be caught, and may this happen to at least a few dozen more politicians and CEOs. Lets not forget the board members too.

And no I don't feel bad about celebrating this at all. It's always good to celebrate when good men destroy evil.

Yeah I've been reading they're tracking the bikes rented etc and might be able to get payment information. It seems like someone who was patient and brazen enough to do this in broad daylight and also wear clothes are inconspicuous may have just rented, stolen, or just bribed someone for to act as a red herring.

I am going to bet this will end up as a giant goose chase.

If I were this person or in this line of business I wouldn't try to escape the city but rather have some super non-descript apartment/place (preferably multiple) with enough food/water to last a week). Go there. Wait a week and then walk out in different clothes once the heat has died down.

If he was wise he simply stole a bicycle that same day and used it as his ride to and from the site and then did a brief clean on the seat and handles with alcohol.
If this guy lives out of state and hasn't been google searching BRIAN THOMPSON and CEO OF UNITEDHEALTH he may never actually be found and thus this will probably be swept out of the news to avoid letting people know you can still get away with it with enough knowledge and prep.

This is clearly a planned execution and by someone wise enough to clear a jam under the pressure of executing someone in broad daylight. He could be for-hire.
