Technically yes.
Likely to stick? No. Especially given these guys don't even have cases against them like Hunter did.
Honestly if they do something like that I expect that people will just take things into their own hands.

If it were for future crimes no but for past crimes?
It would actually be the worst thing Biden could do. It would solidify the belief that there is a deep state and they will go to any length to protect each other. It would in essence prove Schiff is a liar. Cheney colluded to tamper with evidence against J6'rs. It would strongly indicate that Fauci committed criminal acts.
It would also seriously piss off a lot of people.

Imagine the normies wondering why Fauci needed a pardon and then actually listening when people try to tell them. Even if he isn't arrested his name is mud and no one will work with him anymore.
Biden should go and be very detailed in what exactly Fauci is being pardoned for.

In the case of both, it would create a MASSIVE legal nightmare for the federal government as it'd be the US government admitting they've unjustly convicted and imprisoned citizens for no reason. The two retards are better left to being the scalps collected by the incoming administration to protect other actors.
The Fauci pardon could potentially be more hysterical than Hunter's so I guess Joe can save his son yet again. Personally, I don't think Joe or Jill have any interest in protecting these three.

I’m personally waiting for the tranny surgery murder-suicides. I’m not implying I want to see the butchers get killed by their victims (who are themselves largely gross and despicable people)… I’m outright stating it.
It would be the ultimate white elephant. Personally I feel like the possibility of Trump going after these high-profile political enemies is pretty low, anyways. As much as we would delight in it, I genuinely don’t think it’s something he’s particularly interested in doing. Partly because it’s a bad look to the normies who voted for him on the promise of unity, partly because it will distract from more important matters like gutting the apparatus of the deep state instead of just going after the figureheads. Like let’s be real, as satisfying as it would be to have their scalps, people like Schiff, Fauci and Liz Cheney are mere beneficiaries of the deep state, throwing them in prison isn’t going to stop the machine.
In the court of public opinion, a pardon is tantamount to an official recognition of guilt, especially when he’s already primed the pump with Hunter’s pardon. So I really do think it’s likely that Biden is going to give these individuals their well-deserved scarlet letter, putting them on the same level as his crackhead failson.

Federal crime, yes. And then he would be immediately removed via impeachment of course but his pardon would still stand.
