Whatever people say dude was professional but overlooked how far technology has come, anyone saying "he left casings" it was on purpose to put across his message. The only mistake he made during the whole thing was that they could track him very far before or after the shooting due to the tracking capabilities of the scooter but even then the best they got was him wearing a mask anyway.
Being able to kill someone in the street like that in 2024 in a major city and not be caught right away is very fucking impressive.

I don't know why anyone is rating this dumb.

The 3 unfired cartridges are likely the one with the message and he threw them on the ground. There would be no point in double racking the slide to eject them plus the spent cartridge.

Yeah I'm rooting for him too.
But the fact he discarded his phone and escaped via e-bike I think means he is probably long gone or he offed himself or something. He might just be laying low or maybe even came from out of state entirely and is on the road now. Totally possible he also didn't have a huge online/system profile to begin with (especially if he were staying at a hostel) so they may not have that much luck in finding "him" no matter which way it goes.

Even if they do catch him, as many people here have stated its very unlikely they're going to find a jury without someone who has been personally impacted by a faggot ass health insurance company personally or knows of someone who has.

Real life isn't CSI or Law & Oder, forensics doesn't solve crime on it's own, you still need good old fashioned detective work which is a problem because the NYPD are incompetent retards. All it takes is for the cops to get caught up on the wrong interpretation of the crime and you can kiss any chance of catching the perpetrator goodbye. The police can be so fixated on one theory they ignore massive amounts of evidence. The only reason they solve any crime in New York is because most criminals are even stupider. If the shooter has anything close to a triple digit IQ he should be able to get away

This guy had this planned out and was patient. It's naturally a bit harder with CCTV everywhere and he's made several slip ups, but stuff like dumping his phone could've easily been deliberate to throw the police on a wild goose chase. But it's totally feasible he's from out of state, has almost no online profile/presence to begin with and disappeared into the crowd and is waiting it out in some apartment/whatever until shit cools down - upon which he can just walk into the street and go back to his normal life (whatever that is)

Call me schizo but I think if they can't catch the actual perp they will frame some poor sob up. The elites can not allow this to be a trend so their only options are making an example of the guy or changing their ways and stop grinding the middle class into dust. I had a similar experience recently, as an American who pays for dental insurance (bout $20 a month pretax). Scheduled same day, $50 out of pocket for extraction, I just had to wait a week for antibiotics to work on abcess.

Really only got screwed on paying for imaging, even after I had the dentist take them for the surgeon ahead of my appointment for free (surgeon claimed "our machine takes better images"), which ended up costing me an extra $100.

If I didn't have insurance, it would've run me $300 plus the imaging cost.
