Outside class, I found my appearance was regularly the subject of mockery. During an internship at a public defender’s office in New York City, some court officers and judges referred to me as “Doogie Howser” and asked my supervisors if it was take your kid to work day. I was perceived as too boyish to be either a woman or an adult man. After one job interview, I later learned, staff members questioned whether I would be “taken seriously” in court. Fearing my gender would be a distraction and that my future clients would pay the price, I stayed away from the courtroom for years after graduation.”

The best lawyers are renowned for doing just about anything that doesn't tip into a jail sentence for themselves to get results for their clients. Kate here won't shut up about her gender issues for two minutes to maybe help you walk free instead of walking to the chair


It's a courtroom you retard. I wouldn't show up to practice law in a sports team themed tie just in case the judge has some unknown hatred of them that might cost me and my client. Kate meanwhile thinks this is the perfect venue to show how stunning and brave she is. The fact that she's anywhere near where she is is a testament to affirmative action and coddling. Imagine thinking your bullshit gender identity is more important than the outcome for your client. Great legal ethics.

Given the choice between her client not getting the chair and pooning it up in court, the pooner prefers the latter. Even if I were a troon myself I'd want someone whose mere appearance didn't prejudice the jury against me.

If adult transitioning can't exist without allowing child transition, then the logical conclusion is that adult transition should be banned. Not that I have a problem with it, but shouldn't trans activists be doing their best to distinguish between the two, not claim that they're inextricably entwined, especially since it looks like child transition is about to be curbed pretty radically?

No, its not interesting Tony, for the most obvious reason in the world. The decision in the Tennesse case is going to have a direct impact on how this case plays out. The lower courts have to be given a chance the let the lower court apply the Tennessee case before the SCOTUS takes it up and weighs in.

Didn't see it posted with my searches (I'm admittedly a Tony Tourist) but I was watching Peak Trans' video (below) discussing his appearance on the Majority Report channel and was hit with this fullscreen 1080p. I said a few Hail Marys and felt almost back to better again.
