UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fatally shot outside Hilton hotel in Midtown in targeted attack: cops - Just Part and Parcel of visiting a Big City

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
I have to assume that the NYPD is flooded with calls about people who look like him, but are not. They probably have some real ID calls in the mix. But they have too much false information to work through.
If every other person who wants him to get away calls in with a “tip”… Well, good luck dealing with that!

Apparently he took a greyhound bus out of town. So now he just needs to get off at some small town in the middle of nowhere where there aren’t any cameras everywhere, walk a mile or two to a parked car and he’s good.

This is one of best thing that has happened some right wings bigs on tweeter calling to attention "look how left is cheering a murder" and lefts "look what guns do" and "murder bad" but all their follower are like nah fam we like him.
The left wing bigs are doing that mealy mouthed "w..well this is evil and nobody should be cheering this on, but..." and then immediately getting tore up by their own audiences too. It's a holiday miracle and we should all take the time to give somebody on the opposite side of the aisle a hug and a kind word this christmas.

I usually think internet slacktivism is the dumbest shit ever but in this case every single tweet or forum post saying "haha fuck that guy it's good he died I hope it happens more" sends much more of a message than a single vote ever did. The guy getting murdered is great and all but it's the immediate bipartisan outpouring of gleeful celebration that's really got the parasites rattled.
Imagine that though - the internet is a more effective machine for actual change (see The Arab Spring etc) than actual voting can ever be.

"if you vote for me, I pinky promise I'll do this one thing I could do right now because I'm elected or I could've done the last time I was elected"
"write to your senator/representative! they really care, that's why they'll send you a boilerplate copy/paste response"

It's no surprise at all that UnitedHealth spends a fuckton on lobbying: https://www.opensecrets.org/federal-lobbying/clients/summary?id=D000000348 - surely that money doesn't get priority over what voters want.

Now people will maybe begin to better understand why Elon bought tweeter and why there were reddit "powermods" that were able exert absolute, unchecked control over vast swaths of online discourse and why the White House and companies tried and succeeded in exerting pressure on platforms like tweeter, YouTube, Facebook and others to do their bidding.
Was the YouTube dislike button removed to stop cyberbullying against small creators? or was it so that people couldn't exercise the most basic and reasonable protest to simply "dislike" something. I'm sure giant corporations and movie studios weren't a part of that decision.

I just hope he remains a ghost.
An eternal bogyman to an elite CEO. Knowing that they have to have security up their ass forever, that they will never have true freedom, because at any moment. Shot to the back.
They want to be evil cunts and use the lobbying and legal systems to their advantage to screw over a little guy. Well they never get to go to Starbucks alone again. They never get to slip out for a quick cigarette alone. Because he is out there. Waiting, watching.

Wishing a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you Dyn and also to everyone else in this thread - hope you and all your loved ones and anyone important in your lives also has a great time ❤️

What they also don't get is our medical system is explicitly designed to milk as much money out as possible. Thousands of useless administrators, in every level of the system, designed to syphon as much money out of everyone involved as humanly possible. Because if you don't pay, you die. And this rot spread to the theoretical. You aren't allowed to cure things. Treating them makes you more money. If you think they'll let you die if you can't pay for a cancer treatment that costs $15,000 USD a month if you found a cure for the same cancer you'd be killed via car bomb or in your sleep one day, no questions asked, no investigation given. Because that treatment would cost the system trillions of dollars and your life isn't worth that to them.
The only tweet that elon made about this event (which was only indirectly about it) was to mention how ridiculous America's healtchare administrative costs are - you literally are paying thousands of dollars for useless administrators when you use the healthcare system:

A very Merry Christmas to all the little chudjacks and nazis in the thread and a happy new year to all! Ho ho ho.

Not to derail the thread, but some people are saying that Elon is afraid that he might be next and now Elon uses his kid as a shield because Elon takes him around wherever he goes now

These are probably the same people who hated on Elon for not spending time with his other, now trooned son. I'm just amazed that there are people who try to turn a story towards someone else just because they have a hate boner. I'm not an Elon fanboy, but if you're going to hate someone, at least do it for a non petty reason.
Elon keeps that kid with him everywhere because he is purposefully keeping him from his mother, who has begged him on Twitter several times to let her see him. Her mother as well has begged. Coincidentally, that’s the only child he’s seen with frequently and I don’t think it has anything to do with him wanting to be a good father.

The headlines lmao. Someone should make a website listing names and photos of all the leadership teams of corpos that are fucking with people's lives for profit.
Too funny, the actual shooting won't be what's terrifying them, it's the public's reaction.

I suspect this happening is considered "annudah shoah" of biblical proportions by the corporate elite class and more kvetching will be taking place behind closed doors than when "orange Hitlah", aka Trump, won the election.

Any questions? Yes, several actually...

Who said the guy is a leftist?
Why does the "chud" on the right resemble the average leftist soyboy?
Will libtards be mad if it turns out the shooter is yet another disgruntled troon?

I guess only time will tell...
You can't get threadbanned soon enough, God you're annoying.

Well that's the thing, isn't it? You think murdering Brian Thompson was justice, and Proxy thinks that murdering him was a grave injustice. How can both be true? It's impossible.

Since we can't even agree what justice IS, then justice can't exist in the real world. We don't have a common reality OR a common morality where everyone can agree what is right and what is wrong. Justice can't exist without this across-the-board agreement of what it IS. Therefore, it IS NOT.

Nor is this idea about justice a novel concept. People have been debating it for thousands of years; Plato even wrote a whole book about it.

Once you wrap your head around the idea that justice doesn't exist, the world makes a lot more sense. My mother always told me as a little child, "Nobody ever promised you fair," and boy was it ever true. The world is not fair. The world is not just. And it never will be. That's why bad things happen to good people, and that's why crappy people often profit, and win. The sooner one gets used to it, the sooner one can get on with the important business of living.
Justice is God, and nothing can escape his gaze.
