So that I do say something on topic in this comment, has anyone tried to contact the creator of the "Shmorky is a diaper fur" video and ask for their Shmorkytales? Since this was apparently something people knew about but was suppressed. Seeing as they felt strong enough to make a video on it in 2006, I imagine they ran into Shmorky at some point and may have additional info. I am not a good interviewer and have terrible manner when contacting strangers.

For the longest time all there was on Shmorky, at least all anyone at encyclopedia dramatica had, was one or two davebunny pictures and that weird photo. That video was based on that evidence. It took long enough for this thread to reliably connect sandy sheep and shmorky, and that was done working backwards from the knowledge that he had been an active pedo all these years. He kept it quiet enough, long enough, for there to be reasonable doubt about the davebunny stuff.

This guy did the English localization for the original Dragon Ball volume I bought a few months ago. It was right there within arm's reach, so I checked the credits page and there he fucking was.

I personally would accept a truly honest apology from Shmorky. "Yes, I'm fucked up, I was manipulative and creepy and awful and lied to cover my ass. I will try my best to change." I'd have to see it to believe it but it would be far, far better than just making up a new art style and starting a brand new e-persona.

If he really hasn't done anything truly illegal and will receive no comeuppance beyond losing his e-cred, it could end up as a slippery slope situation where he'll keep starting over and doing more and more fucked up things every time until he might actually end up in jail.

Pretty sure hitting on underaged people online is illegal. However that's the thing, if Shmorky had any decency left as a human being they would take responsibility for their own actions and actively seek out psychiatric help......however Shmorky has shown time and time again that they would rather pretend to be the victim.
