Really? Forgive me, I'm kind of new to the farms but Joshua Roberts was one of the mods feeding me screenshots about the Wendy's discord server and so far everything he has sent has checked out and been verified. Hell, another user here even verified that Saran was the one behind the mass reporting just like he said before I have provided any evidence of it. I get that you might not like him but so far he seems to be a pretty reliable source of information.
Regardless, I mostly came here fo say that the whole lawsuit thing screams fake drama to me. Smokey showed his hand last night but before that it just came off as him trying to make Bowser into his big bad now that he can't get Nova to come on panel.

Without proof I am taking everything anyone says with a lot of salt right now. Just like as I mentioned the whole Smokey lawsuit thing, there's no proof so as far as I am concerned it's further gayops and he has a history of gayops and neghole pozzing so I take everything he is saying about Earl with a grain of salt because at the end of the day he is about money and money alone. So far Joshua has sent me screenshots for all his claims so I have no reason to doubt his word for anything he has said, your experiences may have been different in regards to Earl than in regards to my experience with these Discord regards though but I appreciate the warning as newcomers to the community like myself could easily be misled.
As for the lawsuit though, is there any evidence of it? As far as I know it's bs and the people I have spoken to, including Joshua, have said it sounds like bullshit that they made up for views after someone served Earl with a cease and desist letter earlier this year which never got covered for some reason despite that being funnier than hell. If there is any evidence of Smokey being sued I'd love to see it, but unfortunately I feel he is just gayopsing
