I have never once sat down and thought out a legal strategy for the defense of the possibility of having heinous images. I have never downloaded random encrypted blobs from the internet that I do not know the contents within. I have never manipulated flashdraves to have the same UUID to spread around the house to frame a roommate (by roommate, does he mean is elderly parents?). Also if he purports to have attorney-client communication interspersed within the encrypted files (of which he swears he has no knowledge of the contents) would that still be covered under that protection, especially when he has explained in text his premeditation for how to get away with said crime?
