Suprised he walked due to location, but I'll take it. Fuck the prosecutors for the, "he's a white male!" bullshit.

It was 100% to save people from being hurt by a druggie who was tweaked out of his mind and openly threatening to hurt other people on the bus.

"Her track record would make any guilty defendant tremble." What drivel.
I wish I could see what the prosecution's arguments were
Does anyone know?
hup doo ma fuggin brat trubungo hooga booga bix nood muhfugga
Performative at best. Penny being convicted would make the race grift lawsuit they filed more valuable.
The dad of the homeless dude was fucking nowhere when he was schizophrenic and living on the street and is suddenly a loving dad when he puts his hand out for a check. Disgusting.

photoshop the chokee black and this would be less subversive and more explicitly based
for we will be better by not tolerating niggers

Seems that riots are on the menu, boys and girls.

The Hill's article (archive) about it states that Jordan Neely, the homeless man who died, was "shouting at passengers that he was hungry, thirsty and suicidal when Penny placed Neely in a headlock for several minutes." Poor Jordan Neely! He just needed help and definitely was not threatening and menacing riders. The eyewitnesses definitely never said that Penny did the right thing.

The author of this article, Cheyanne M. Daniels, is a sheboon. I think TPTB will push the dindu narrative.
Funny thing is the judge was hung and they couldn't get a consensus. Then the judge pushed them, likely trying to get a conviction, and they just flipped to not guilty.
I would not be surprised in the slightest if the judge refusing to let them leave made the jury go "fuck this stupid bitch" and decide not guilty. There have been real-life legal cases where the jury delivered not guilty to an obviously guilty defendant because they thought the prosecutors were assholes, the defendant was funny, and they were sick of sitting in court all day like the Jackie DiNorscio case.

As it should be. Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a group of peers.

Anything else is banana republic tier.

I was convinced when they dropped the manslaughter charge they were going to meet in the middle on some charge that would of seen him imprisoned for like a year or so

Damn, if only there was a small irrelevant lawyer who could make a stream on this trial explaining this to me. A Lawplaing if you would, it sounds like an easy gige. How hard could that be to fuck up?
