Because Alvin Bragg is fat and I would not have sex with him is a marxist and racist.

There was a hispanic guy who helped Penny restrain Neely. He didn't turn himself him like Penny did. He ran away and hid for a while. When the police finally caught up to him, he lied to them. If Bragg was a just DA, he would have arrested the guy for lying to the cops and some other charges. But no, Bragg gave him a plea deal and allowed him to testify against Penny.

If Penny was not a white guy, he'd probably have gotten a slap on the wrist and his charges dropped. Because Bragg doesn't like doing his job unless its aligned with his political ideology.

We won't see riots because it's cold out in NYC. Blacks riot in nice weather.

I read an estimate that Penny's defense has cost about 100,000, so he probably has some relative who remortgaged their house to keep him out of prison. Remember that next time you're tempted to play hero to a bunch of ungrateful browns on a NYC subway.

You answered your own question. They don’t want white people thinking they can defend themselves or stand up for any white. They also want to encourage blacks to think they can get their pound of white flesh too.

There was a white man double masking on the jury. Everyone guessed that guy was the hold out. Multiple women came forward for Penny, women with children were being tormented by Neely. It’s not surprising that women, even black women were sympathetic to Penny. On video they thanked him.
