What I mean is, how do they know this ID isn't just some popular fake ID loads of people have used for getting booze and shit and not a custom one time use ID? I can google "fake US id" and after a few minutes have a bunch of templates that I can just whack a picture on and be good to buy booze or get in a hotel. Furthermore it says "reportedly" which means this is not official, and the ABC source doesn't say that at all.
