Suprised he walked due to location, but I'll take it. Fuck the prosecutors for the, "he's a white male!" bullshit.

It was 100% to save people from being hurt by a druggie who was tweaked out of his mind and openly threatening to hurt other people on the bus.

Aka

New York is in an odd place at the moment.

They still have the screaming liberals in prominent positions defending everything that criminal scum do because they are "disadvantaged" but then you have regular citizens and hard working immigrants just fucking sick to the teeth of Tyrique/Deshonda Johnson doing whatever the fuck he/she wants whilst being called racists for feeling this way.

There's a huge readjustment coming to Western society and the people who think they are right about everything are due a huge surprise. The rising tide that raises all ships has been and gone and the scum are unsurprisingly still scum like anyone with an ounce of sense knew they would be and people are done with it.

Well that's on Alvin Bragg. The moviebob look-a-like. He wanted to make an example of white people because he's racist and a marxist. If Daniel was not white, none of this would have happened. Alvin Bragg only does his job when it aligns with his politics.
He's the first black DA the city has ever had. And you wonder why NYC is having these issues now

and hard working immigrants
This is a development that liberals did not see coming, but many called it years ago. Many legal immigrants come here, settle in, and have no loyalty to political correctness because it does not exist in their culture - or it does, sort of, in the form of political repression where they already escaped once. When liberals start defending criminals and doing jack shit as rioters burn down people's place of business, the immigrants are usually the first to say "fuck you."

Imagine being a dude from Venezuela who got the fuck out, came to NYC, opened a bodega, makes enough money to support his family, and can send his kids to school. Not even send his kids to a good school, but any school, which was not possible in his home country. Then some faggoty liberal with awkward glasses tells you that you should be in favor of criminals going free because they are part of the team that is supposedly responsible for you even getting into the country in the first place.

These people are transactional sociopaths and their fundamental misunderstanding of non-Western people will be their downfall. Non-Western people are not complex. They aren't thinking about inter-generational violence or intersectional identity. They are thinking about whether their family is safe, sheltered, eating, and getting an education. They understand better than Westerners how the state can be used to hurt people. This intelligentsia shit is so off-putting and the liberals don't get it. It's like watching Stringer Bell get killed.

Shocked Penny wasn't fucked over but glad they made the right decision for once. Leftards taking Ls like crazy at the end of 2024, love to see it :story:
I'm surprised they didn't pull a Derek Chauvin on him and have Feds outside the door ready to arrest him for a federal civil rights violation or something. As it stands, Ben Crumb is involved so he's going to sue Penny so he'll never own anything again, BLM will dox him and firebomb his house soon, and Ben Crumb will sue the subway, the city, the state, etc all for the crime of allowing a poor innocent negro to fuck around and find out.

So it's cool that Penny got off and we should count that as a solid victory, TND, etc, with that being said though, I don't think we're anywhere near out of the woods yet.

The NYC government is still full of the people that got us to this point. The judge, prosecutor, and everyone minus maybe Bragg have been there and will be there for the foreseeable future. All of the "future scholars" and leftards are still around, and while they might not be able to get away with the same type of shit they've been able to in the past, people don't just de-radicalize overnight or when things stop being in their favor. It took a generation for things to get this bad, and all the people that got us here aren't just going to disappear after a few losses.

As great as it is to see that DEI hire young scholar violence isn't just going to get a blanket pass, we need to remember that this whole thing is one example in a sea of criminals getting to do whatever they want, and we shouldn't expect it to stop any time soon, or expect these people to slow down in their attempts to de-criminalize crime. They will continue to bring and fight cases like this, so we should keep that in mind and expect at least another 10 years fighting against this shit at the very least.

Yes. The fact that it even has gotten to this point with many wondering if he was even going to walk away is a gigantic problem in of itself.

Pick your battles. Jew York City is the way it is for a reason. Jewish elite with nigger enforcers to keep the whites down as a permanent underclass. It's better to simply know that there's no reason for an upstanding white man to dwell in NYC and to never travel through it if at all possible. Focus on areas of actual consequence that tides could turn in.
