It's because a majority of them have never had a single art class in their lives, so they grasp that they WANT to make different body types but don't functionally have the knowledge to actually give them different body types that you'd actually SEE. Instead they make them look like doughy lumps. This wouldn't really be a problem if they weren't all so vehemently opposed to actually taking said classes but most of them think they're perfect as is.

I don't know about Shmorky's real take on his art. He seems to hate his art and thinks he's untalented, but the way he does it is textbook attention grabbing where he doesn't really WANT to improve, he just wants people to pat him on the back and tell him that he's good.

Goats have historically been tied to Satan, or rather, to pagan gods; its origins are from the Greek god Pan, who was a satyr and had the legs of a goat. When Christianity became popular, they used the image of a popular god of partying and wine to represent evil.

So iconographically and metaphorically, goat = Satan.

thinking about it a little more, i think another part of the problem is they wanna be the next rebecca sugar, and try to incoperate her style into theirs, and it..just does not come out right at all, which also goes back to them not taking art classes.

He can draw realistically, but he told me he draws his characters based on how he wants his own body to look, which includes a flat chest, a round beer belly for some reason (and a weird looking vagina.)

How are you sure about that (not that she posted it, but that she posted her real birthday)? Have you asked her about it? People don't always want to post their real birthdays on the internet, or at least on sites they're not familiar with.

Well she said they met when she was 16 but the start of the skype log obviously isn't the first time they spoke. There could have been forum PMs or AIM logs we're not privy to. She repeatedly said weird stuff only started when she was of age, so it follows that the skype logs were the start of that. I think it was mainly overreach on part of posters here that she must have been sixteen during the skypes.

This is pretty simple. Either she lied about when weird stuff happened for no reason or the beginning of that skype conversation wasn't the first time they talked/met. I think the latter is way more likely.

Null is correct that the logs took place when carefully was already an adult (on page 88 she's telling Shmorky she's signing a lease), the problem was we assumed that was not the case. Carefully merely stated that when she was underage, Shmorky had these sorts of RPs with her. The logs are not their entire history together.

We were not lied to, it was just a misunderstanding.

has he ever posted/shared any of his realistic drawings? im not sure if any have been posted in this thread. honestly, i really wanna see what his realistic style is like.

I remember him sending me some pics of animal commissions once awhile back. I suppose I could check old skype messages to see if any are on there. (A lot of the art he sent me already a appeared on this thread.) I'll have a looksie.

edit: logged in but I only have messages from December (new laptop) It's possible there may be older logs on my desktop. I'll have to plug it back in, but I'll post pics if I find any.
