Let's say her disease only started affecting her life in college and she had her child before that: why hide it then, if it makes sense? I never at any point suggested she should be showing off her kid. Christ. Plenty of streamers have kids they don't parade around. What is unique to vtubing, however, is this weird "oh hey that person that I specifically mentioned on stream suddenly no longer exists and if you even so much as mention them you're banned." It's the same weirdness that happens when folks shift identities and then are suddenly this new person that never existed before and don't you dare mention anything from the past. Some of them are at least cool about it, and I get that for a lot of them it's due to corpo bullshit, but that doesn't mean we should just accept it. And Mouse doesn't even really have an excuse beyond "it would hurt my image for people to think I'm not a pure chaste sick girl". A decision can have multiple reasons for it, it can be for both the privacy of the child, but also because unique to streamers and vtubers, a lot of folks lose their fucking minds if they find out any personal information about the vtuber having a boyfriend or their sex life. She talked about the kid in a time period when she was a literal who, the risk of something akin to a unicorn meltdown is low at that level of viewership (and at that point in time the way that mindset about vtubers specifically had not yet been turned up to 11 from the popularization of the bastardized concept of "idol culture" that took root in the western fanbase)

Fauna used to talk about her partner back in the day as lemonleaf, but never made a single mention of it once she became Fauna. She's not some sort of demon harpy for that fact, she's just sidestepping unecessary drama caused by a cluster of autistic retards online. In their shoes I'd literally to the same thing because why deal with that shit, while also exposing a child or loved one who doesn't want that kind of attention on them, if you don't have to.

Is it obscuring or intentionally hiding some portion of who she is? yes, and every single vtuber, hell streamer, does this to some extent. There isn't a vtuber out there corpo or otherwise who is making their entire personal life an open book. so if vtubers selectively choosing to not reveal some of their personal information on it's own is that big of a red flag I don't know how anyone with that position ever got into this hobby.

my post is mostly directed to average and peak CCV on an average day, not mouse for example being in a Rust server event with guaranteed 20k+ CCV, examples being Filian or Neuro having higher CCV than her one day than the next day she has a higher CCV, Usually its slightly less or above 10k, While Gura can pull 20k-40k CCV and than just fuck off and get the same number again like not other hololive EN member comes close.

The amount of times Twitch has kissed her ass, I was atleast expecting she would have a return on investment of getting the same CCV as Gura on an average day not her having 8k and filian having 9k somewhere within a week.
