According to my city law it is LAWFUL to put dead animals cat or dog in a trash bin if they have passed.

wtf does this even mean? If i fucking let my pet be eaten alive by fleas it's okay because the city says I can throw them in the bin after they're dead. Bish, how about you didn't let fucking fleas suck their blood to death. People arent mad you threw them in the trash, they're pissed you let fleas eat them to death, an easily preventable death.

How on earth did you not realize they were suffering with the fleas? Cats are notoriously good at hiding pain in the sense they'll hide away and act quiet often rather than yowling in pain, head pressing and what not. But fleas? I've seen cats who actually developed a fear of walking on carpeted ground because they figured out fleas were coming certain areas of the house. You failed those cats - They totally would have been acting weird if you actually tried to look at signs better.
