This problem doesn't necessarily stop if she was dating a woman, I'm not sure how this would look in a 'lesbian' relationship but there are plenty of men in heterosexual relationships who date women as a stand-in for their own mothers.

It could be, but that's something that also happens to me from time to time, to be honest. It feels as if someone just turned up a switch inside your body and your muscles were just on a higher temperature than they should be
