Holy hell you are dense. No one here gives a single fuck about the LEGALity of throwing your pets in the trash. We care about the MORALity. No sane person throws a pet they loved in the trash.

Much less lets their pet die from something so easily preventable (which is the bigger issue here).

She is arguing about how to dispose of animal corpses, which isn't the issue at all. It isn't legal to neglect animals so they die of fleas. I would like to see which law says that is okay.

I know, she keeps citing this law about disposal of (farm) animal corpses, which is a non defense because it's not what she is being accused of. It's absurd and just a deflection probably.
