"PuritySin" is a VTuber who, by her own admission, (see here) has been banned from porn sites because they concluded she was posting streams of her playing sexual video games featuring underage characters.
When "PuritySin" announced she was demonetized by YouTube, Jim immediately paypigged her behind the scenes.
Can somebody in this thread give me an explanation of why this was the right thing for Jim to do?

I don't know if it was the right thing to do, and that's fine to scrutinize him for that. I think that he doesn't view these things like we do. Where a majority of Kiwis think loli and shota are drawn cp, others outside of the site think its perfectly fine. Jim isn't a Kiwi, and neither is this purity sin as far as I can tell. It isn't a good look for sure, but he might of seen it as a way to give back to the people that supported him, Idk his mindset and Idk that he is up to date on what purity sin is doing. He definitely didn't know pippa's proclivities before his chat told him about it. A lot of his newer streams seemed to cover the older topics that he knew about. I noticed on some he would only discuss a lolcows past and not go into what they were doing in the present. So a lot of the time he'd fall back on what he knew instead of looking deeper. Now this doesn't excuse it, I was only providing a possible motive on why he did.

Jim would have made an excellent police interrogator. His skills to get people to open up and divulge their secrets are very impressive. His ability to simply lay down the claims, ask the subject to give their side of the story and gently ask for apparent contradictions to be clarified gets his subjects in further contradictions and ultimately an admission of guilt. We saw this with Boogie and a few others that escape me. He instinctively and naturally does what good police interrogators train for years to accomplish. It is possible he's watched a lot of police interrogation videos. It's a genuinely impressive skill.
