Wonder if he is talking about a state investigator or a private investigator. He keeps saying "our" investigator.

He also implied new charges might come for the "other side" - Nick - so it kinda heavily implies they are really looking into the CFA thing.Aaron just said:
Nothing happened. Continuance for 60 days. Aaron’s side, according to him, is waiting on “an investigators report” and also pending charges in another case which might impinge on his own.
I’m guessing it’s the detective assigned to the case. He probably gets calls with updates on the investigation now and then.Wonder if he is talking about a state investigator or a private investigator. He keeps saying "our" investigator.
It will be the investigator Aaron's lawyer is using. I'd guess they have an investigator documenting everything Nick is saying about Aaron and the lengths he goes to in order to harass him. Chipping away at the motive for bringing the initial complaint and the felony upgrade, muddying the waters to make the prosecutor throw her hands up and say "I'm out!"I’m guessing it’s the detective assigned to the case. With legal stuff, Aaron's attitude in the past has been to hurry up and get it over with.
It sounds like Aaron has hired a private investigator.
- "My team... attorney, investigator and shit like that... they're keeping an eye on all the crazy shit that's going on around all of this."
- "The private investigator -pri - private investigator -do you say private investigator? Whatever...the investigator is going to file a report."
- "That's our, kind of, our, 'hey look, here's some kind of fucked up shit you don't know about yet'...that report isn't in yet because people keep doing crazy shit".
- "I will say this. There is a widely held belief among multiple parties involved that other charges could be coming to multiple people that would be tangentially connected to what we're doing... we wanna find out if there's perhaps privileged information has been accessed that is connected to this case.... and if it is, I would feel like my rights have been supremely violated."
- "My attorney talked to the prosecuting attorney. Everyone is doing their job."
- "We're going to find out fully what was done to me."
Ralph tried to livestream it. Felted.
Thank you for the correction Ethan.Fake. Ralph didn't try to live stream it. He wasn't on.
For historical record, someone claiming to be Aaron popped up in the Nick thread to deny this - https://kiwifarms.st/threads/nichol...law-nickrekieta.53871/page-7570#post-20075864Aaron confirms he's hired a private investigator and that's what he was referring to about the "investigator's report"
Aaron never hired a private investigator I figured when he said that it was a investigator that the police have or his lawyer has. aaron doesn't have the money for a PI they charge 100-150 an hour. Say 40 hours of work is 4000-6000 that's worth it if you are going to do a civil case and sue but Melton and Nick don't even have much to go after. Melton was basically broke 5 years ago he had to make a deal with the IRS after not paying taxes for 7 years. For historical record, someone claiming to be Aaron popped up in the Nick thread to deny this - https://kiwifarms.st/threads/nichol...law-nickrekieta.53871/page-7570#post-20075864
You’ve said this multiple times. I agree it’s unlikely that Aaron hired a PI, but it’s nonsense to say it’s impossible just because he doesn’t have a very high income.Aaron never hired a private investigator I figured when he said that it was a investigator that the police have or his lawyer has. aaron doesn't have the money for a PI they charge 100-150 an hour. He has child support payments on three kids and has to beg for change on the internet. On top of having a lawyer for his madcap legal antics his dumbass keeps getting into. You’ve said this multiple times. The child support payments depend largely on the custody arrangement. If they have 50/50 shared custody the payments won't be anything significant since his ex-wife can be expected to also work.He has child support payments on three kids and has to beg for change on the internet. The only PI that Aaron could afford is a couple of bored teenagers willing to tell him what he wants to hear for a case of beer and carton of cigarettes.
They could, but if he ever eat a big judgement he could go safely into bankruptcy since the house is owned by a trust.Dont his parents have pretty good money? They could be helping Aaron out with finances.
Kids are still expensive. The child support payments depend largely on the custody arrangement. If they have 50/50 shared custody the payments won't be anything significant since his ex-wife can be expected to also work.
No clue what is custody share is, but it would significantly impact the child support he has to pay.
Nick's mother is the one who has serious money.Dont his parents have pretty good money? They could be helping Aaron out with finances.
Aaron has stated that he argued in court to pay the bare legal minimum of child support allowed. The child support payments depend largely on the custody arrangement. If they have 50/50 shared custody the payments won't be anything significant since his ex-wife can be expected to also work.

His phone number is on the witness document as well along with nicks parents and all the addresses as well.Aaron has stated that he argued in court to pay the bare legal minimum of child support allowed.
According to Minnesota child support laws:
If the obligor's gross income is less than 120 percent of the federal poverty guidelines for one person, a minimum support amount applies. A minimum support order is $50 for one or two children, $75 for three or four children, and $100 for five or more children.
Not sure how they gauge his income through super chats though or if he's technically considered unemployed. Maybe the reason why he is so opposed to getting a real job is because he doesn't want to pay any more child support. Or it could just be because he's a bitchmade noodle armed goober incapable of any physical labor.
Also I didn't see this posted here, Aaron was bragging about taking slampig to some white trash gas station restaurant so the trolls went there and found he wrote his phone number on the wall for a drawing to win football jerseys. His is the first one. Another win for the toe!

Don't know about in MN, but here the minimum is also assessed if the parents have similar incomes and have physical custody of the kids for similar amounts of time. An assessment is still made but you effectively end up with neither parent owing the other money and the parents dividing costs more or less equally.Aaron has stated that he argued in court to pay the bare legal minimum of child support allowed.
The length the a-logs go to in order to harass Aaron is amazing.
