There's one reason, and one reason only, DSP does these reackt streams on other content creators who (rightfully so) criticized him: revenge. He truly thinks he's on some kind of redemption run, and this is his way to prove it and scream: "Gotcha! They made a documentary on you, so you're as bad as I am!"

As I'm typing about DSP thinking he's on a redemption run, he's currently guilt-tripping and begging for people to give him money, even promising to wear a cowboy hat if the goal is hit today. Yeah, you're a real winner, DSP...

So any Jim fan knows there is one reason and one reason only to why Jim won't be on and that is Jim hates Discord. His wife is Japanese and they both are super anti Chinese but to this day Jim has never used discord. The documentary does not even mention Phil either. Jim has been involved in some of the most funny things on the internet and some the most important, he practically started GamerGate. Phil does not realize that the reason why Jim is so beloved is because he has rarely if not at all been a hypocrite online in his 15 years and for someone with such a long presence hehas barely mentioned Chris Chan or Phil as a lot of people in the space use them as a boost to start off. You can go back to almost every Jim stream and laugh and there are some I have listened to probably a dozen. The Warski arrest stream is pure KINO and the Sped dating episode is so fucking funny. Jim is pretty much the antithesis of Phil, instead of churning out content Jim's is timed at his own pace, he is beloved and even respected by his own enemies.

I think Phil laying the blame on someone who may be their last Christmas is incredibly scummy and on brand but it shows that KC is washed of him and he is truly desperate. If there's something to pray to, it's a competent IRS investigator / auditor for when Dave's up on the chopping block. I mean one could argue that he just lucked out with COVID, it being his first bankruptcy hearing, and having it done virtually gave him a lot of room to lie because they weren't scrutinizing him as much as they should have, but round two will should be game over.
