Jesse Singal is a lying monster who should be killed, except when he’s saying things in favour of Dong, when he’s an impeccable crusader for truth.

Funny you should mention defamation. I will admit, Liz, you did a good job burying that consent accident allegation. Accusing you of being a rapist would be a little difficult to prove in court, but if any group can dig up the evidence, it's the Kiwi Farms.

He probably can't do that (ffs his version of events involves giving his hookup PTSD over dog hair!) and even if he thinks he can, he's got so many other skeletons in his closet that he does not want to be anywhere near a case at risk of proceeding to discovery.

ETA: Given that most Kiwis are Americans, Elliott couldn't just get a judgment in a country with weak speech protections like Canada or Australia and use that to collect against Americans. The SPEECH act says in about as many words that foreign libel judgments can not be enforced by US courts unless the plaintiff can prove a US court would have reached the same conclusion.

I do. A little bit back when I quit my previous job. I Started looking for work and thought, fuck it. This would be so fucking funny, and decided to reach out to an engineer through a mutual on LinkedIn. The pay is good, but the only thing that keeps me here is that the work is challenging.

Plus the whole global recession thing.
