Would @Null be willing to crowdfund paying for Nick's deposition if/when it's available? After all, Nick went over the depositions of Ron and Monica extensively, and it'd only be fair.
I hope David Schneider starts the deposition the same way Ty Beard did. "Mr. Rekieta, are you a pedophile?" Although Ron could truthfully answer no, Nick might have to answer yes given his favorite porn stars all look and pretend to be 13 year old girls.

I don't understand how you do a three day trial, is civil jury selection questioning very limited in MN? I think it'd take a day to pick a jury on a case this weird and with parties that have this many weird personal tripwires. Then you have to get through all the videos and I'm sure one of these fucking guys is going to insist on playing them in completeness.

Obviously different states different rules but in some places the jury selection date isn't included in the trial length calculation and can happen sometimes days or weeks ahead of the trial. A date is typically for picking the jury is selected after its confirmed that there will be no settlement.

It actually isn't that complicated for a defamation case. There's essentially only one defamatory statement, although it was repeated and amplified. Nick said it, it isn't true, he doubled down on it, with knowledge that it had no basis in fact, thus with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity.

What don't you understand?
Oh, I understand them rather well. The comment was clearly directed at you. But, hey, if you post it a few more times every half a year, maybe you'll accomplish whatever goal is compelling you to spam the same case over and over again (hint hint, your very first link was the most relevant one. It kept getting less and less relevant with each subsequent one)

The case is simple, but the parties are complex weirdos and you can't really separate them from .the case. Any defense Nick puts in is going to require him to get, at least to some extent into ",what the fuck is Nick's deal" and basically everything about him is bizarre and potentially unfairly prejudicial. Ditto for Monty. Any case about personal lives is full of landmines, even for normal people.

Nick is also obsessed with the rule of completeness so there's like 8-12 hours of video exhibits to watch. Just because it's simple doesn't meant you can do it fast.

I think the judge has a pretty good handle on it. And will change it if it starts getting more gnarly. I'm not sure how much money Nick has left to keep making it gnarly, though.

I don't see the judge letting the case go off the rails and allow hours of completely irrelevant material into the record. Similarly "Nick is a giant douche" isn't the legal issue. If it's not germane to Nick's (lack of) basis for his false and defamatory statements, or that he actually said them, it's not getting in.

Nick's second house has an offer on it, so if he can convince someone to take the Balldo Bunker off his hands, after taxes that buys him another year or two of Randazza and the Satanist. It also helps him by taking away an asset that Montegraph could use to recoup his legal costs.

Montagraph can always garnish his income from the trust fund. However, I am excited to see this happen because it will put all of Crackets's trust funds on the record so we can point and laugh.

He can't really directly levy on the trust fund itself (unless perhaps Nick controls it himself), but as you said, once any income from it hits a bank account he controls, that can be levied upon. Nick could make that a pain by using different accounts and immediately cashing out, but a) there are ways to get around that and b) this nigga too lazy even to pay a traffic ticket.

I'm sure Ty Beard will be there to provide his expertise to Nick when it comes to that.

Nick, I know you read everything about you. Get into contact with me. You can totally trust me to help you send that trust money to you. I won't in any way spend it on hookers and cocaine. I mean, who would waste trust fund money on hookers and cocaine right? Only a retarded faggot would do something like that

He 1000% will find some loophole involving his children where he'll just transfer it into an account in one of his children's names where he's a co-signer. His lazy ness might rival that of the blackest of welfare recipients but the Jew blood, that is CLEARLY responsible for the gigantic kike nose, will definitely overpower his nigger tendencies.

Unless he runs the trust he can't do that.

And if he thinks drug charges are bad he should try felony fraud. I believe he had a client who did that. Didn't work out well for her. He didn't do a great job reducing her sentence either.
