I don't see why the state would negotiate or cave to Nick's bullshit. What he's professed publicly seems to confirm the "drop the child neglect" theory. But there is no way drop that if the drugs were there. (Which at a sight, will be proven true by the body cam, and then confirmed by testing.)

Despite Nick's claim that he has all this proof of evidence mishandling, he also said originally that the warrant would get thrown out. That he thinks they're really close is likely because in his twisted head, he didn't abuse the kids and the state "admitted" it. (Which was not the case at all.) So that 5% Nick claimed to Juju, is more likely 30-50% off.

He's not a good lawyer, his views on his own case are tainted (by NPD and also likely by substances), and he didn't exactly hire Johnny Cochran to represent him. If his lawyers' brief writing is that bad, why would their negotiating skills be significantly better?

If the theory is true about the neglect being the obstacle to resolution, the state won't offer to drop that (there were kids and drugs in the home, it's a lock), and we're going to trial.

Also wasn't there in family trials the case where he complained that lawyer should have objected... My guess is that he will try to also argue for the case for himself. Not just let the lawyer negotiate for it or operate as average citizen. And his arguments probably will be insane...

Looking forward to see what the plea deal will be like.

I think it will be probation one or two years for possession of cocaine for personal use. The child endangerment charges will be dropped but hopefully read in. And I think Nick will have to plea with the wording "because he believes he is guilty".
Nick will likely break the conditions of probation. Either by saying he just took the deal to get it done and say he is innocent on stream; not sure if prosecutor will go after him for that. Or he will violate by dirking, but I think the testing scheme will be lax enough to not catch him on that. Third way he might break conditions is by speeding or some other traffic violation if the cops want to get him on that.
The joker card in the deck will be if he pissed off the judge to the point that the judge don't accept the plea and gives him jail time, and Nick have to decide if he want to fight it or take the time in jail.

This is just pure speculation on my part and I am not a lawyer or anything like that so I might be totally wrong on how it will go.

"Save me a place" I don't think he's in the same place you're going Balldo. Pretty sure they don't let Heretical junkies that insult God, cheat on their wives, paypig for pedophiles and give their children blow (when they're not neglecting them) in Mormon Heaven. Although maybe they do, I've heard some funny things about the LDS.
I’m afraid it’s outer darkness for Balldo. Or maybe, if he’s lucky, he becomes a TK Smoothie. Which is infinitely funnier.

The sentence guidelines are 36-48 months probation with a suspended sentence at the current charging level. I do not believe Nick has endeared himself, so any reduction will be minimal.

LMAO! This is very likely the issue they are having. Nick's few streams and posts have been sure to highlight how 'good' a parent he is.

What is this wild speculation?

LOL! Traffic violations don't get your probation revoked! Even in Europe, that idea is insane!

Never mind how fucking retarded it is, on the eve of you going to deep throat the deep state's cock, on drug charges, to pay money to a pedophile to tell the world how "cool" you think drug dealers are.

I think he's just attempting to mislead his plug when he sells him out as part of his plea deal.

"I think you're really cool, my dude. If they come a knocking on your door with a warrant, it had nothing to do with me. Nothing whatsoever. No way in hell I'd sell out my 'cool' running buddy."

I'm sorry if it was answered before but does anyone know when's his plea hearing? Also, will part of the terms remain confidential or we can see the whole thing?

Central time, so there's just less than 8 hours left.
Skelly probably wakes up at around this time anyway. They feed the pug they've banished to the bathroom at 3am.

>A man who knew fun
Opposed to those who don't?
For instance, the ones utterly disgusted by your actions which allowed your daughter to test positive for cocaine metabolites at over ten times the cutoff?

What a fucking piece of shit.
Nick Rekieta saying "the man knew fun" is basically accusing him of heavy drug use, infidelity, and child abuse
