Why the fuck would Nick even agree to such a long suspended sentence, we all know he's liable to get another charge in the next couple years, especially with at least one of his kids moving out of the house to college. another DUI is guaranteed for Nicky and beyond that a lot worse things
Guarantee she gave her holes to this chud!
unironically can't name a single woman i know with a tattoo who hasn't fucked the guy that gave it to her, its like that relationship between a photographer and model except the women will literally come to you, no need to advertise. Its straight up a fucking meme, at best they might not fuck that tattoo guy, but they will have fucked at least one of the people that has given her a tattoo, sometimes in the backroom or even in that very chair.
Nerding out for a second, there's a lot of sociological and anthropological research about how the Internet has ruined us because of wide exposure. As developing simple humans, we can't deal with so many outside forces. Until the 1980s something like 80% of Americans coupled and married someone within five miles. That equates to familiarity with location, ethnicity, education, and religion. It also means that there were community expectations for one's behavior.

This entire story, and particularly April's, points to how corrupting the Internet can be.
i'm calling bullshit. if anything she has the most oldschool upbringing, aaron was literally a radio show host. outside of him being able to start an online podcast instead of fucking off to a new radio station and forcing her to move everything up until 2022 is very non-internet related. And as Hogan's Heroes' star Bob Crane showed us, even in the 1960s there was always a chance to run into a fellow pervert and start a polycule that ends in murder, and according to his own kids Bob was cucking his wife as early as the 1950s.

a woman monkey branching to a local celeb that no one outside the hometown cares about is a near stereotype of pre-internet small town people. a young attractive trophy wife that puts up with her husband's bullshit because she can't provide for herself and will leave with the next man that makes her feel something is a tale as old as time. the internet was just what was apparently needed so that two radio show hosts from the same metro area can meet up at a comedy club, which sounds absurd when both radio shows, and comedy clubs are silly pre-internet relics. In general April's entire story is the type feminists would point to back in the 1960s as proof they needed the ability to make their own money and open their own bank accounts and have drivers licenses because of how blatantly male centered her life is.

What is the timeline of his mega rape in the army or something like that? Maybe it´s the event´s anniversary?
That was definitely more than 8 years ago. IIRC he testified about his mega rape in a hearing in front of the SASC (Committee on Armed Services) in 2013.

There is no ending for the case that doesn't involve Nick having a long suspended sentence. That is why everything he has done from the start has been a waste of time. He could fight it or make a deal, but he was going to end up with a reasonably long period of supervision regardless.

Because the alternative is trial--with all the financila losses and risk involved. Suspended sentences keep you out of jail.

No, retard.

Uh, it was YOU who wrote the retarded thing, not me. Again:
That isn't how it works. You cannot be locked up for actions committed before your probation agreement. This has been explained in the legal thread by American barristers.

What you're saying is, you CAN be locked up for actions committed before your probation agreement. You just don't get your probation breached as a consequence. But that's the opposite of what you wrote above.

He didn't say anything remotely like that.

See above.

Because he's fucked. If he goes to trial, he'll lose, and get an even harsher sentence. There no winning. There is only trying to mitigate his L.

And yes, he likely fuck up during his probation. Place your bets now as to when.

Who? Lewis or White?

White was an NCO in the Air Force. Lewis was in the Navy.

Something that occurred to me is Lewis put out that cryptic tweet the same day Nick's appeal was filed. The one where he expressed frustration at what he filed. People here commented on it, and how odd it was.

I wonder if Nick threw an absolute conniption fit over that, along with the fact he was DENIED again.

Nonpracticing lawyer, nonpracticing father, nonpracticing Christian, nonpracticing streamer... For someone who doesn't do much, he sure seems to find excuses and reasons he's busy all the time.
He has to be either lying or has like 1 or 2 responsibilities a day (driving the kids to an appointment) and he considers that so stressful that he can't stream if he does.

It appears that Nick has expanded the scope of ruining the holidays from just ruining it for his children to ruining it for actual practicing lawyers as well.

If you’re thinking about the same post I’m thinking about, that was unrelated. He made a separate post specifically about the appeal filing and he seemed pretty pleased with it. See below:
Upon reviewing this guy's facebook feed, that post you screenshotted is not in reference to Nick's appeal. His post on October 24th, the day it was filed, is. It is this post, screenshotted below and archived here.

He says he filed this as a favor for "his master sergeant." This is in reference to his boss, Francis White III, who IS a retired master sergeant, according to his twitter profile.

He also says he made this filing "with about 25 minutes to spare." This lines up with the fact that he filed Nick's appeal 22 minutes before midnight on October 24th. The Facebook post itself was made a few minutes later, at 11:51 pm.

Not sure what the big rush was. Maybe Minnesota courts have deadlines we don't know about, or maybe Nick is strung out and yelling at his lawyer to get this filed ASAP. Or maybe Francis is just having a really hard time in his personal life...

Jail was extremely unlikely for Nick. The result of the trial would have also resulted in something incredibly similar to what is being talked about in terms of the plea deal.

The trial would cost some money. But the risks involved were not all that great. The main compelling reason Nick has to take a plea deal is to keep much of the information in the case out of the public record.

lol!

What a disingenuous pos this guy is.

“Was going to stream but OH NOES! My friend died! No, not the friend who died and made me promise on his deathbed I’d never have an orderly kitchen. Different friend!”

And what’s this “busy schedule” he keeps moping about? Sending pedos superchats all night? Waiting til Kayla is asleep so he can sneak over to April, like a six year old boy getting into the pussy stash?

Thanks for the correction.

Actually, the trial sentence would likely be worse. I think it was pointed out the baseline for what he's charged with as a first time offender is 4 years suspended + probation. If he can get it below that, then he's better off.

Still an L overall though.

Uh, it was YOU who wrote the retarded thing, not me. Again:
It was in response to this:
I don't even care about this plea deal , cause when he gets the cybercrime chargers with Felton he goes directly to jail for violation of his probation. Probably next month.
This isn't true. I mean you probably go to jail and get bonded out until trial, but you don't get "violation of his probation." And if the murder happened first, the other offense wouldn't be a prior.

I see what you meant now, but frankly it should have made sense in context.

This isn't true.

Sure. I'd just kind of ignored that because it was obviously retarded. It clearly wouldn't be a probation violation, but some seperate offence that had no bearing on what Rekeita had been previously charged with.

I was just railing against the idea that a probation disposition somehow disposes of all other pending charges. If they're minor and nobody cares about them, sometimes they get rolled in. But it's hardly automatic and guaranteed.
