I think the woman on the right is just for like religious people in general. Personally if I was gonna represent religion as like a thing in a cartoon I'd do either a nun or a priest but apparently she thinks that woman with cross necklace is enough.

I'd agree with that but that ignores the cross. Most Karens, at least when they are depicted, don't necessarily have crosses. But I mean maybe it could be like a religious Karen or she is associating being religious with being a Karen. That's a fair guess and to be honest I kinda missed the Karen thing because the cross took all my attention.

It is a little peculiar, there's an entire set of obvious caricatures and just like one random sensibly dressed black guy at the very front with his work badge on, who apparently took a break from his job as a systems admin to flip her the bird.

He's obviously meant to be someone specific.
