- 2-3 years, no drugs or booze.
- Nick's sweet offer to the state was he'd transform his popular youtube channel in exchange for becoming an anti-drugs channel... in exchange for forgoing a 2 year ban on booze during his probation.
- He would also go to schools to promote no drugs and counsel about not taking drugs.
- Nick thought it was horse trading, rather than standard practice.
- Powers that be basically told Nick it's either Ape, or everything else in his life
- Per this source, during Nick's original negotiations with Rumble, he straight-faced told them to put him on their board of directors, because he had some good ideas for the platform.
I would think a lot of that is factually true. Aaron's retarded, though, so his "this is why" speculation is also retarded. I kept the list of what I think is more factual. My own retarded "why" reasoning follows.
- 2-3 years probation is standard. Probably no alcohol. Def no drugs.
- Nick becoming an "anti-drug channel" is possibly the "value added" proposition he alluded to in November. I believe he said that once the state saw the value in it, they would agree with him. Nick is just retarded enough to think children should watch him get drunk on YT to hear his anti-drug message. Or that the state would quid pro quo that. BTW, I'd love to see the judge order 1,000 hours of community service in a shelter just because.
- Only Nick thinks he should counsel children. In his own twisted logic, he probably tried to get the state to drop child endangerment because it would be harder for them to get a clearance for him to teach children.
- I think the powers that be is probation. I don't think the county atty that represented KCHHS for child custody and the state for the criminal case wants April around the children (or coke whores in general). Another condition of probation.
- Nick has always thought he's the smartest guy in the room. Without any experience other than as user, of course he'd think the next step for him is Rumble Board of Directors. Nick is the kind of idiot that thinks winning the PowerBall jackpot qualifies him to be on the board of Bank of America. He's got "ideas."
As an aside, I'm betting Nick isn't paying his attorney and that is one reason why the guy that wrote his appeal is gone. Bills are beneath Nick. Probably told the Barneswalker to fire up youtube and Nick would come on to drive up views and superchats. Barneswalker didn't realize he was being paid in "exposure" at Nick's regular Ad Rate. Being Nick's defense lawyer is worth millions according to nick. According to Nick he never promised to pay the Barneswalker anything.
