When I was younger an *actual* famous person appeared at the local juvenile correctional facility to discuss making good choices. I thought they did it out of the bottom of their heart, but others told me it was totally to part of a plea negotiation regarding some sort of charges.

Nick probably showed the judge his half a million subscriber channel and said “see I’m famous. I have a lot of influence” and the judge, not realizing that Rekieta actually doesn’t have that large a base anymore thought this would be a good idea. A lot of judges are not interested in ruining someone’s life for a first offense. This provides a punishment that might encourage others to not participate in his lifestyle while also ensuring Rekieta doesn’t reoffend (in theory).

This all hinges on it what Aaron was told being true tho.

One issue is that judge might have watched the coke stream. Or discussed it with the other judge... I am not sure it is exactly something that would sell them on the idea of using Nick for any advocacy...

It’s not very effective to make someone say “kids don’t do drugs” who hasn’t done drugs. It’s why D.A.R.E. Programs are ineffective. You typically have a cop come in and threaten the kids and say “drugs will ruin your life.” At least that’s what my school did in the 2010s. It would’ve been more effective if they drug someone in wearing an orange jumpsuit who said they were losing out on the next ten years of their life and jonesed so hard they made their arms bleed from scratching. That’s proper scare tactics.

Alls I’m saying if I was 14 in an at risk youth program and the Balldo walked through the door to talk to me it might effectively scare me straight. Show me clips of a before and after.

I am not sure I understand why a defendant would be able to deal the records. Especially if they took a plea deal etc. I don't get it.

More knowledgeable legal experts can correct me, but based on my understanding, I believe that bodycam footage is presumably private information, and the laws outline exceptions to release--not methods for
access. There is also the fact that children are present and other persons who have their own privacy interest.

Short of the matter, it is up to local authorities to determine to release it or not unless one of the exceptions are met. It was nothing Nick explocitly did. He is simply benefitting from privacy laws.

"Dear John" made me go from laughing at him to hoping he would fall into a wood chipper.

I wasn't surprised by the Dear John stream at all. It was really Nick just saying the quiet part out loud. If you'd been paying any attention at all, you knew that he had no empathy for anybody at all -- he couldn't subject his wife and family to the public humiliation that he'd been subjecting them to if he had any empathy.

And it was pretty obvious that he had no regard for his audience. They were just paypigs to him.

The thing that shocked people was his willingness to reveal a confidence in order to score points in some trivial online bickering. I thought it was interesting that he had so little insight into how other people would view him after he did this. The idea that he was some social media genius playing 4th dimensional chess against his enemies was just completely shot out of the water. He was just a petty narcissist with poor impulse control. That was the flaw that was costing him over six figures in respect of his defamation of Montagraph, it was the flaw that would take a huge chunk out of his reputation in respect of the Dear John stream, and it was the flaw that was going to result in his getting arrested when the police watched the big cocaine stream.

Yeah, commit a felony then post the result here so the farms will also be implicated in this, all to ayyylog someone on the Internet. Did Nick Rekieta came up with this? Sounds like something he'd do with Melton...
It would be kino though wouldn't it, also why was my post about baby jamal rekeita being aborted and turned into lotion for Jews deleted, jannies?

There was another stream a long time ago where he explained his views that corporations just give people money without any expectations at all. That once he started working for a corporation (rumble), he didn't have to worry about ratings or views or stats or superchats. They would just pay him money forever and he could do whatever show he wanted. Even a show nobody watched.
I never saw the stream where he said all that, but I certainly remember around that time, being puzzled by him carrying on like a retard who stopped working hard once he had his Rumble contract.
I remember this clip where he was talking about something like that:

One thing I noted during the stream from which this clip is derived is that he starts it with normally colored fingers and finishes the stream with his fingers having an odd dark coloration.

EDIT: Seems like peripheral cyanosis to me... Maybe it was particularly cold inside his bunker that day?

Now I do not want to count these lolchickens before they hatch, but to me it's no surprise he seems to be pleading out, judging from how Nick's been conducting himself online and the less than stellar track record he has throughout this case (and beyond, but not really relevant).

Nick is a little bitch and will talk a big game until it comes time to actually pay the piper. If our words here actually trigger his ODD and he decides to take it to trial that would be even funnier. There is no win scenario for Nick, he's done regardless. Perhaps a plea is preferable to a drawn out court case, but the provisions of a plea and the subsequent coping he'd have to do to his crowd will also be just delicious schadenfreude.

Nick, even if you got the Child Endangerment charges dropped, everybody knows what you did you cokefiend cuck. BTW what happened to all those supposed "experts" that were going to come in and dispute the results for your 8 year old daughter? Like so many of this emaciated creep's threats and claims, it all turned to (drywall) dust.

Aaron addressed the possible gayop drama last night in the first few minutes of STMS. Show is going on now.

- He defended his source and believes the information is accurate
- He gave a childish defense of his own (Aaron's) lived experience and that what was reported to him makes sense. "I have the advantage of real life."
- He seems a bit annoyed that what was leaked DIDN'T make more waves
- He then pivoted to Melton and talked cryptically about his haters

"I trust my source 100%. This is a guy I've spoken to before.... this would be almost a 1 year gay-op... It's a solid source."

I'm still scrubbing through the stream. If anything else that's relevant comes up, I'll add it in edits or a new post.

Weird things like that have happened before as a community service.

I think you have to be a Kanye-level celeb before a proposal like this will fly.

People who do drug prevention/education stopped accepting the testimony of a random dope fiend as something that has value/meaning back in the early 90's or so. But I absolutely believe Rekieta proposed it and thought it was something that the court might go for. Every cunt on God's earth snorts a handful of lines and thinks that their experience is somehow unique and has educational value.

It isn't and it doesn't. Get a proper fucking job.

thing about all this crap is if Nick is charged with cybercrimes (I would think it would be by the end of next month before Aaron's hearing and the revenge porn case get's tossed out) you think he isn't hitting the nose candy or booze hard again facing potential federal charges and jail time?

1. Does he keep tabs on Nick goss for almost a year with some infiltrated goon?
2. The source may be trustful but Nick may have fed them bullshit;
3; Is it NotKinochet? LMAO

We are a month away from knowing all this and the things that will not be public, like Nick´s retarded offer, are plausible enough to take a piss anyway.

Aaron´s time on the sun, and Melton´s by extension, will be finally over when all this is put to rest, thank god.

Hire Cyraxx to tell the kids he got the way he is by injecting a single marijuana.

I´m not talking about this case specifically but it is so weird to have two conciliatory meetings and having to schedule another one just to declare your plea and if you go for "not guilty" you have to schedule yet another date for the trial.
You need a judge at a plea. You'd just be wasting the time of the judge having him show up for every single conference between the parties.
I don't know shit about the law, but could he plead no-contest at this point like Ralph did?
Only if they let him. Either the prosecutor or the judge can nix that.
IANAL, but if Nick takes a plea deal and then publicly states that he wuz a gud boy and din't do nuffin, is he not opening up the gates for people to request the bodycam footage to disprove his public statements?
Yes, but I don't know if it will make any difference.

It could be the cops decide to release the footage based on our earlier request or apply a different standard to it when the case is resolved, and it's possible they don't. If they don't and we exhaust any administrative appeal process without getting it, we (or whoever) would then have to file an actual lawsuit arguing that one of the exceptions to the general rule apply.

So far, we (meaning nool basically) have only filed the original formal document request. I don't think it's been formally denied yet.
  • Nick thought the plea hearings were horse trading, rather than standard practice. (Take it or leave it.)
They often are horse trading, but you need yourself a horse to trade horses.
That's absolutely pants on head retarded. Can the judge even accept that as a condition for the plea?
I believe Nick tried to because Nick IS pants on head retarded, and the judge can accept pretty much anything. Lots of celebrities make some kind of deal to do anti-drug PSAs. For a while, mostly back in the '80s and '90s, it seemed like pretty much every time a celeb got busted for drugs they'd do the PSAs of shame and the case would go away.

Nick isn't that, though.

He thought he was in the driver's seat. The prosecutor sat him down in the cuck chair and told him where things really stand.

Is it cyanosis?? I'm sure there's a med-kiwi that could weigh in. But I know blue fingertips can be a sign of alcohol poisoning.
It's his white-face washing off, exposing the true blue drow elf within. Or it's Matron Qayla's demand that he use colloidal silver instead of real medicine.

I'm assuming Aaron's source is one of the kids that he fed.

That´s what I said on that post would be reasonable. The parties negotiate on their own, inform the judge, electronically or whatever, so he can prepare for his ruling and set the date for the trial that might end right away with the deal and plea or continue on the same day if there was none. I critiqued something like these two conciliatory meetings on the court - I´d guess with the presence of the judge or some court clerk - in two separate and distant dates and now a meeting for the plea that might result in another set date for the trial if Nick doesn´t take the deal.
