His mother has called him Timothy multiple times, and he has even referred to himself as Timothy, so I think it's safe to say that's the longform of Timmy. Also he's apparently a Timothy II, as he called himself that in the Kiwi Farms video.

Based on his computer having the username "hkhua" as seen in that unlisted let's play video of his, there's a chance that the "hua" is a shortened form of his last name.

Estela could be related if surnames, keep in mind background checks have old databases, I'm personally waiting before precursory investigations lead to public dox to avoid false positives. It's slow as shit, since Michael DFEd he isn't going give Timothy's last name. Only real option is to dig through thousands of Discord logs or just wait.
