Another one has gone to that great psych ward in the sky.

Allyson Sutphin aka Skylar Plurality aka neuro-complicated's partner announced she "died in her sleep," confirmed by a housemate.


She was allegedly on a psych stay when it happened although a lot of people doubt that she was actually there since she liked to lie about being in the hospital. Her last update on Monday she had been bumped up to 1:1 observation. She claimed she had been put on the detox ward and she liked to claim she popped benzos like candy.


Allyson was another morbidly obese tube fed GP/EDS zebra in a wheelchair who also claimed 'tism so severe it made her non-verbal and also DID and gender shit.


She was constantly threatening suicide and had a pretty insane level of self harm so entirely possible she finally pulled the trigger on it, and she was also obese with a ton of comorbs like diabetes that she was not managing at all. At least once she bought sketchy drugs from an indian pharmacy online and tried to pass them off as her real scripts. Who knows? Who cares?

At least her poor service-human Alex will have an opportunity to move on from her BPD trap while still a young man. I hope we find out what she died from, I hate that their deaths are the only part of their medical journey they can't share with us. She was an excellent example of why inpatient care is not suited to personality disordered young women.

My guess would be that it was the diabetes that did her in. Having glucose permanently off the charts can't be healthy.

When I see the perpetually hospitalized/residential borderlines, I always wonder what their lives would've been like had they been diverted to quality outpatient DBT in their teens instead of developing the psychiatry and hospital addiction. It sounds like she developed a pattern of escalating suicidality/self harm to get attention from the psych system. She'd just keep pushing it until she got a 1 to 1 on a locked ward, and I'd assume she tragically pushed it too far this time. Either that or the health impacts of heavy antipsychotics (that don't actually treat BPD) did her in.

I asked a woman what her service dog's name was, and she refused on the grounds of it being a service dog. Is there a reason?

TIL my dog is a service dog because she knows her name. The command causes her to self-destruct though, so I can't tell you what it is.

Perhaps service dog owners should consider that their "medical device" is actually a "living, breathing, autonomous being" and because of that the world may interact with it differently than, say, a fucking canister of oxygen.

In conclusion, decorating your pet and bringing it out in public with you gets you more attention than not doing that. More at 11.

edit to add: All that self-righteousness and not a single person commented that a chihuahua cannot be a fucking service dog. Especially if it's sitting in the cart basket or being held, which it sounds like it was since the cashier could see it and could have touched it. Maybe we should start there?

If she really did die in her sleep I would be thinking respiratory arrest from sedating drugs. Probably quite easy done when there's 100lb of blubber on your chest alone.

Her health is fucked up but she's not quite at the level/age where spontaneous sleep death would be likely. Unless of course theres another factor unknown to us.

Quite a few munchies that have passed over to the great psych ward in the sky have "died peacefully in their sleep" now that I think about. Makes you wonder if that really is the case or just the most palatable thing to tell the public.

Speaking of seizures, let's all have a little laugh break. Who remembers Allyson? For anyone unfamiliar, she is an extremely obese 30something year old woman with "sever" mental illnesses. She fakes all the disorders, and constantly does a horrible job of it. Despite her immense size, she self-inserts an NG feeding tube and uses it to run feeds, along with constant "yums" in the form of Dunkin Donuts drinks and whatever other shit she wants. Nobody really cares about her anymore because she's been doing the same bullshit for years, but occasionally she does something funny.
