I'm not usually that optimistic about the timeline of this case but I think greer just shortened it significantly. This is impressively bad. Way worse than his tantrum against Hardin in email before. It's not like there's even dots to connect here, he put it in the fucking email chain. Greatest legal mind of our generation.

Now get real pessimistic and think about and apply that to this situation.

And finally, and most importantly, if Russ got charged with a real felony in relation to this case, do you think that would count as "Something Happening."

Well get your answer and then apply the fundamental law of the universe and note the contradiction.

The silence and lack of EMERGENCY filings by Russell since yesterday leads me to believe he's panicking hardcore over the leaked phone numbers. I wouldn't be surprised if lurkers or Redditors have attempted to contact Scott and Nathan, which likely resulting in them scolding Rusty and maybe even demanding he drop the suit nonsense altogether.

I think the next we hear from him will be a bat-shit insane filing about how Hardin broke the law by filing the phone numbers, demanding the judge sanction him, and filing complaints with the Bar Association.

Wow. I mean, what can you say at this point. The man is truly retarded. He won't give a witness list or discovery plan. Instead says his dad and brother are his only witnesses. No context given. 2 hours late. Then say's Hardin is violating a protective order trying to contact the witnesses. If Russel was concerned about his families privacy he could have filed a motion for discovery to occur under Rule 26(c). This is the sort of thing that would happen in, I don't know, a pretrial discovery conference between the parties. That thing Russel refused to do. So its all public. Legally. It should also be noted that he named them as witnesses himself for the trial he started.
