I'd like it to be Luigi just because I know if they catch the "real" guy, I'll be very disappointed by his appearance.

I would've genuinely stuck him on a plane and transferred him immediately into a transport van and very quietly dumped him at a little known jail. They know the fans he has, he knows there are people out there ready to ride at dawn for him - why would you allow him to be exposed (nngh) like this to the media? Shit, they were making prayer candles out of him. They need to stop treating him like he's dangerous.

It's very clear they're trying to bully him in to taking a plea deal. They're going to hang the death penalty over his head and tell him to take life in prison which they couldn't do in NY courts. They're absolutely bricking it that some non-boomer is going to sneak on to jury and vote to acquit. I can understand it if he caves to the pressure, but I really hope he doesn't for the lulz.

I have a defence strategy to suggest for Luigi's lawyers: Argue that no homicide actually occurred, that homicide is the crime of killing a homo sapiens -- a species defined by empathy --and that Brian was part of a new species, homo economicus, a species that only values money and displays no empathy towards other creatures. That would be the maximally funny way to play this.

No way any of this would happen. The only thing we've seen cause riots related to the justice system in America has been racebaited bullshit, and it was only the nogs that did it. Nogs may superficially care about this but they're not going to chimp out about it, and nobody will try to instigate them doing so. White americans won't riot ever, being an almost completely pacified population.

For sure, they're trying to make that 20 year 2nd degree murder charge look good on comparison, which honestly I'd take at this point.

25 years on state charges, no federal charges, with possibility of parole after 15 years. Anything more than that, I'm taking my chances that they fuck up on jury selection. It works, because when they only had 2nd degree charges, there was no way I wouldn't go to trial on that, and there is no way the prosecutors want to go on trial either. Jury nullification would be a super bad look here, I don't think the prosecution risks it.

McVeigh killed a bunch of innocent people, including literal children.

Luigi, on the other hand, did not, and that's why he deserves all the praise, and support he's getting.

I'm pretty sure these healthcare insurance fuckers have killed more white people than the Taliban, Al-Quaeda, the Mexican cartels, and any other enemy of the United States of America. I can see white Americans being just as angry at them as the rest of the people. Besides, Luigi himself is white, and he was the match that lit the spark. And he was from the middle-upper class. So imagine the rage that a lower-class white dude would have if he lost family thanks to these companies not paying them a dime when they needed it most.

Besides, it's mostly white people getting arrested over this matter. Aside from Luigi, a white woman in Florida was arrested for using the words "Delay, Deny, Depose" on an insurance call.
