I'm not that good with anatomy.

The bare basics aren't super difficult. The trick is to keep everything looking within the same proportions and perspective as everything else i.e. taking care to make sure each part of the body you draw is drawn with the others in consideration.

Start with the underlying construction (something I've told Emily a thousand times now), not the details. Once you lay down the basic volumes everything else falls into place. If you're struggling with form, then a basic exercise I'd get into is just learning how to rotate a cube around like this:

Start with the largest forms first since those will communicate the most information about your figure. These would be the torso and the pelvis. The relation you create between them with how they twist and bend sets up the entire rest of the figure, so being able to rotate these boxes around will go miles for you.

Croquis figures are another exercise you can try. I recommend the following video, as it helped me tremendously (honestly the whole channel did; enable subs). It's easy to crank out a handful of these in a fifteen minute break. Pay particular attention to the points about contrapposto, since that counterbalancing adds a ton of life and energy to your poses. The nitty gritty detailed anatomy can come later, but you have to be able to lay down some solid foundational forms first. Which means lots of boxes and cylinders. Trust me, it becomes more fun than it sounds when you start to be able to hash out a dozen of the forms quickly since it feels like you're getting a lot done. It makes experimenting with poses a lot easier. Here's some old ass examples of my own:





Once you're able to draw boxes at different angles it starts to become incredibly easy to project your imagination onto them and picture what kinds of details lie on top of them. Anyway, hope that helps a little.

They did a much better job of masking, didn't fuck up the aspect ratios, actually adjusted the color balance to be a bit less washed out and I kind of like the filter effect even if it doesn't really fit the image. Unfortunately Elsa remains an amputee and the composition is pretty disappointing.
