A judge has jailed a ‘dangerous’ woman for violent physical and sexual abuse.

Angel Hill, 20, was handed an extended sentence for her crimes. Minshull Street Crown Court heard that Hill, who is transitioning from male to female, had demonstrated ‘violent, manipulative and controlling behaviour’.

She pleaded guilty to assault by penetration, sexual assault, strangulation and threatening with a bladed article in relation to the victim. “I conclude you have no insight regarding your behaviour at all,” Judge Jason MacAdam told the defendant.
“I see no evidence whatsoever that would lead me to conclude you are motivated to change your behaviour. Your approach being ‘it’s all about me’. The consequences of your actions don’t seem to register in your thought process, or if they do you ignore them. I find you to be dangerous, in the legal sense.”

Hill, of High Peak, Derbyshire, was sentenced to an extended sentence of 11 years, including seven years in prison and four years on extended licence.

Prosecuting, Stuart Neale said that the victim had struggled to breathe when Hill committed the strangulation offence. He said that Hill had said ‘I’m going to kill you’ earlier on the same occasion.

In a statement read to the court, the victim told how the incidents had affected their mental health. Defending, Julian Goode said that the defendant is still a young person and has not yet reached full maturity.

He said that she has experienced serious mental health issues, and argued that she was genuinely remorseful. Judge MacAdam said that he would reduce the sentence to take account of the defendant’s youth and mental health. He also reduced the sentence by 20 per cent because she pleaded guilty.

“The victim in this case was spared the ordeal of having to give evidence,” the judge said. He ordered Hill to sign the sex offender’s register. Hill was told she would have to serve at least two-thirds of the seven year custodial sentence before being considered for release.

Suicide by cop is always the weirdest thing to me, especially in situations like that where it's obvious the little dood is on a mission to 41% herself. You'd think the cops wouldn't have shot to fast, knowing what was up. Then again, after the tranny barging down the hall with a knife video I guess you can't be too careful.
Rereading the article, this is buried in the last few paragraphs:
Santa Fe police, on their part, have said Coon was reported to be violent and armed with a box cutter. They also claim Coon 'was making threats to kill the victim in the residence.'

Gallegos reportedly claimed to a commanding officer after the shooting that Coon was armed with 'a box cutter and a gun.'

Ovalle, meanwhile, said Coon 'had a knife in his hand, and I found out after that he also had a gun.'

The Troon in the hallway with the knife was fucking huge it would be like being attacked by Ed Kemper.
A 5'1" Pooner with a box cutter I'd have maybe tried a full force "THIS IS SPARTA" kick right in the li'l doods chest before shooting her. If you can't knock a Pooner out with a punch you shouldn't be a cop.
A Pooner armed with a Kabar or a stabbing knife is a different matter, way more dangerous, not taking chances with something like that but a just a box cutter? I daresay you could steamroll someone a foot shorter and 100 pounds lighter if they only had a box cutter. From the article they had a gun too though, although the cops didn't see it till Li'l Pooner was taking the room temperature challenge.

That said I understand them not taking chances. Don't bring a box cutter to a gunfight. And if you have a gun don't go with the box cutter. Thats what confirms the "suicide by cop" thing anyway. If she wanted to do damage she'd have been shooting.

That hallway slasher was an actual freakishly tall woman:
I dug up a newspaper article that does indicate that yes, she was a natal woman. (A transgender high schooler playing womens basketball in Pittsburgh in 2006 would've been scandalous).

I also found a wedding announcement with her parents. I started there in case there was a mention of a healthy baby boy in 1990.

The
Doesn't excuse the behavior though, I'm guessing that somewhere along the way she fell into substance abuse yet still wormed her way to the top of the affordable housing list, which is why she was shot by a cop instead of making six figures as a WNBA player.
It's an understandable mistake though, everyone's first reaction was "A 6' 5" 'woman? No way." because news organizations push the 'transwomen are women' stuff hard.

The cop in that case was way too hesitant to shoot, he was still trying to talk her down after she stabbed him in the face. He was probably worried about getting Chauvin'd, but if she aimed that knife a few inches lower at his throat, he would have died.

That's why I don't agree with the "It was only a little pooner with a boxcutter!" take. People have been killed with boxcutters, all you need is a lucky shot to the throat. I wouldn't trust a crazy pooner not to pull a Nevada-tan on me.

Holy shit that was a woman
:story:
She even had a voice like a Troon too thats why I thought it was just a giant autogynephile.
I agree the reason the cop held back on shooting that crazy fuck was the bullshit that happened to Chauvin with Saint Floyd has got a lot of cops at a point they second guess everything because none of them want to be the next political witchhunt victim.
Its so fucked it.

I get what you're saying about the Pooner, I'm not saying the cop shouldn't have shot the crazy little bitch, don't bring a fucking boxcutter to a gunfight, its entirely on her. Its just hard to take a fucking Pooner seriously, cop was 100% justified though.
I wonder when the bodycam will be out, I looked for it but I couldn't find it on the usual bodycam channels that cover that sort of stuff. Be interested to see how it went down (and to watch the Pooner take a dirt nap tbh).

I thought it was a tranny, too. I'd be way more terrified of that she-hulk charging me than the pooner, though, especially if I knew the pooner didn't want to actually hurt me; just the opposite, actually. I'd be like, "Nope, I'm gonna take that box cutter and put you in a straight jacket, little dood."

Yeah I'm no Joe Rogan but I daresay I could kick a 5'0" Pooner in the chest hard enough to send her flying and knock the wind out of the li'l dood.
I understand people might not want to take chances but it's hard to take a Pooner with only a box cutter seriously enough to consider a threat.
That said li'l dood had a heccin' valid gun too, so the cop wasn't wrong to cranium her.

A California inmate managed to undergo sex-change surgery using taxpayers money due to policy pushed by former State Attorney General Kamala Harris.

Skylar DeLeon, 45, started transitioning while behind bars after she was sentenced to death in 2009 for the murders of Thomas and Jackie Hawks.

DeLeon, who was born John Jacobson Jr, overpowered the couple on their 55ft yacht and tied them to the boat's anchor before throwing them overboard in 2004.

During the trial of the former child actor, lawyers said that she did so to pay for a sex change - having forced the couple to sign over their assets before they were killed.

Her wishes came true when the California taxpayer started footing the bill for her surgery in April of last year.

CHOWCHILLA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A convicted criminal who served time at the women's prison in Chowchilla is charged with raping fellow inmates.

A Madera County judge ruled this week 52-year-old state prisoner Tremaine Carroll must be referred to with she/her pronouns because Carroll identifies as a woman.

But the district attorney believes the defendant is abusing the system.

"This is a person who is not a woman in any sense of the word," says Madera County District Attorney Sally Moreno.

In March DA Sally Moreno, charged Carroll for rape allegedly committed while incarcerated at the Central California Women's Facility in Chowchilla

It’s weird and it’s so selfish.
If someone wants to commit suicide I guess that’s their choice, but don’t involve other people in causing their death.

Cops have a lot of psychological problems after they have to shoot someone, the not sociopathic ones anyways.

Like that other tranny Leelah Alcorn.
Selfish teenager jumped in front of a semi to end it, and the semi truck driver is a mess now and no longer a semi driver.

15 years on Death Row. And the taxpayer's dime. And they ok'd the transition even though he's going to be executed eventually to pay for his heinous crime? Gender identity bullshit aside, that's rather impractical. But laws are laws, and the state can't "discriminate" against him there.

At least someone is thinking with their head instead of their idpol bleeding heart. But good luck wid dat! Troons are innocent even after being proven guilty.

Nothing occurs in a vacuum. Least of all suicide. There's always someone else involved, or impacted, even if it's not directly with the act itself. About 60 years ago attempting suicide used to be a crime punishable by jail time in some US states. Different times.

In a way, I understand the Japanese custom of charging the deceased's parents for cleanup if he jumps in front of a train. Not that I think it's right to heap even more stress on grieving parents, but the point of something like that is "hey, your kid could have chosen a bunch of other ways to end it, but instead he decided to be selfish and give a bunch of people PTSD, so you're on the hook for that".

Person shot after hitting El Cajon police sergeant with truck identified - Editor’s Note: This story has been updated to reflect new information from San Diego police Wednesday correcting the gender of the suspect.

The person who was fatally shot by law enforcement after allegedly hitting a police sergeant outside the El Cajon Police Department last week has been identified.

In a release Wednesday, police first identified the suspect as 24-year-old Andrea Elizabeth Grube. They had originally been described as a woman, but upon further investigation, police determined the suspect identified as nonbinary and went by the name Benjamin Grube.

On Dec. 11, an El Cajon police lieutenant and sergeant were preparing for a retirement ceremony in the station’s parking lot. They were not attempting to respond to a radio call or take any enforcement action, SDPD stated.

Around 12:42 p.m., a suspect who had been parked in the lot — now identified as Grube — drove a 2000 Toyota Tundra onto the sidewalk and tried to run both of the officers over, according to the release.

The sergeant was struck and thrown into the air before the driver crashed into a tree.

Meanwhile, the lieutenant called for backup. As the sergeant attempted to get up, Grube reversed the truck and drove forward toward the direction of the officers a second time, SDPD stated.

The sergeant and one other officer fired their duty weapons multiple times, striking the suspect in the truck. Officers rendered aid until paramedics arrived to take her to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead due to multiple gunshot wounds.

The sergeant who fired his weapon was also taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and released. He has been identified as Kevin Maxwell, who has been with the department for about 28 years and was serving in ECPD’s Patrol Division.

The officer who fired his service weapon was Evan Drescher, who served the department for about six years and was assigned to the Traffic Division.

According to SDPD, the entire incident was captured on surveillance video and Drescher also had his body worn camera activated.

The motive behind Grube’s alleged actions is still under investigation.

As with other officer-involved-shootings, once SDPD wraps up their investigation, the district attorney’s office will review the case to determine whether the officers’ bear any criminal liability for their actions. El Cajon police will also conduct an administrative review of the incident.

Both the investigations will be overseen by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

'They' is confusing as hell in a police report. It just makes it sound like it was multiple people.

Days after a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy agreed to plead guilty to beating a transgender man for flipping him off, at least eight colleagues have been relieved of duty amid the investigation into an alleged cover-up, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Former Deputy Joseph Benza III of Corona was headed to a domestic violence call when he saw the gesture, abandoned the call and, instead, followed the victim — now identified by the Times as 23-year-old teacher Emmett Brock — to a 7-Eleven parking lot in Whittier.

Surveillance video shows Benza throwing Brock to the ground without provocation.

It's bad enough letting a creep like this have access to kids, but "flipping off" the officer shows just how good an example they set to the kids in their charge.
