Exercise and intellectual stimulation are both important for mitigating this kind of decline in old age. Naturally they are disproportionately likely to be affected because they are more likely to be literally illiterate, less likely to read if they are literate, have fewer conversations with others, spend more time letting their brains rot while watching TV, and invariably abandon any kind of health regimen after 30. Niggers are also terrible at caring for others unless they are being paid and supervised, so their kids have no problem with abandoning them all day and will become sullen and angry if anyone tells them that this is bad.
