Yep, cops are typically lazy and do the bare minimum when they don't think it could come back to bite them. And clearly it didn't matter, because he wasn't charged with assuming a false identity. Really, the motivation to not update is DL could be a simple as just perpetually putting it off, a behavior that is reflected in his debt judgements but does not necessitate the desired response by more than a few users in this thread.

The propping up of absolutely disgusting losers like ralph, warski, pedomemco, PPP, among tons of others is well worth people scorn.
