Strange timing
But I'm not the only one who finds this somehow strange.
Or: Why the Magdeburg attack has more to do with camels than with a BMW.
On December 20th, Elon Musk wrote, at 8:03 AM German time according to the timestamp, that only the AfD can save Germany:
Only the AfD can save Germany

And directly in campaigning season, where and when it's almost at peak impact.
The same day, around 12 hours later, an Arab plows through a Christmas market with a car, and even before you know something about the act itself, you find a lot of tweets on Twitter on what he is planning to do, and also leads pointing at AfD and Elon Musk. And *bam* goes the machine, blaming AfD and Elon Musk for the act and banning both, even though it is not discernable what Musk or the AfD are supposed to have to do with the act while, simultaneously, the city administration and the police were asleep at the wheel when it came to the safety concept and warnings from Saudi Arabia.
From the CDU:
Police findings prove that Taleb A. hates Islam, values the AfD, in particular Sellner, Naomi Seibt, and Weidel. We should stick to this truth as long as it isn't refuted with evidence. Simply claiming otherwise is not a "second truth"

The Greens:
.@elonmusk should be finally dealt with after this horrible attack in Magdeburg. Apparently the attacker announced an intent to commit crimes on X. Platform operators are legally mandated to report that to law enforcement.
Why did that not happen?

Why did the police not take care of him?
Prof. @SHomburg , it seems that the authorities genuinely have no time to seriously prosecute terrorists.
Instead, our politicians are so busy filing demands to prosecute against taxpayers that they pay no attention to the true dangers.
It is very ironic that the ones who repost a meme are being confronted with home searches and investigations while the terrorists are able to enjoy their freedom unmolested.
In a world in which criminal investigation officers and resources are being unleashed against innocent citizens, the fight against terrorism seems to be left behind. It looks like freedom of speech and democracy only apply to those who threaten the system, not those who dutifully pay their taxes and commit no faults. The citizens like me who are being persecuted by this government are allowed to wonder where you can still find justice and responsibility here.

What is true about the story?
The alleged culprit of #Magdeburg has apparently been anti-Muslim.
Why does an anti-Muslim shout "Allahu Akbar" during his arrest?
Thanks @dushanwegner!
— Dr. David Lütke (@DrLuetke)
December 22, 2024
Good morning @welt!
You pushed a video showing the arrest of the alleged culprit behind #Magdeburg.
Three questions on this:
1.) Did you notice that he is shouting "Allahu Akbar"?
2.) How does this fit with being an anti-Muslim?
3.) What conclusions do you draw from this?
— Dr. David Lütke (@DrLuetke)
December 22, 2024
That is a good question, but would still need to be verified. I did not notice (and I pay attention to these things) when I found the video for the first time on social media. Has it been removed from there or has it been added in? And was it even the culprit himself who shouted that? Is the video authentic?
I am noticing something about this:
While all of the media and social media pundits are certain that he's a Musk and AfD supporter and the tweets are unambiguous, police and prosecution office - including in the televised press conference [note: which I covered yesterday in this thread]
- were remarkably coy and did not state anything regarding the motive [note: can confirm this, I've watched the thing]
even though not only do they know the tweets, but have interrogated the culprit, who is talking according to police. But they insinuated that the statements are diffuse and ambiguous, and it has been mentioned that it was somehow about an Islamization protest and the way Germany deals with Arabs, but a very careful phrasing was used, hinting that the police itself doesn't buy it. In addition, allegedly some drug was at play too.
Take notice of the MDR logo:

Despite claims made by the German press, Taleb Al Abdulmohsen is not an ex-Muslim atheist, nor is he a fan of the AfD or Elon Musk. While he may have spread this misinformation himself, it aligns with the practice of Taqqiye, an Islamic doctrine that permits lying and deception to advance Islamic objectives.
In reality, he is a radical Shia Muslim, as evidenced by his name and numerous tweets and chat leaks circulating on Arabic-speaking platforms like X. Disturbingly, his plans to carry out mass killings of Germans were brought to the attention of German authorities by a Saudi woman. Tragically, the police ignored her warnings.

The culprit, himself a Shiite, committed taqiyya and had ISIS contacts. The problem is found in the mindset of Germans who, despite of years of Islam criticism, are unwilling to think outside the box. This attack doesn't fit with al Qaida; experts warn about a catastrophe that could cause ten times more casualties than 9/11, with coordinated actions to eliminate first responders. The targets are US embassies and large events, especially in Germany. Large numbers of well-trained jihadists are in Germany, and weapons are coming through Ukraine. Irony: Murdered by your own weapons that were provided for other conflicts.

I'm gonna say it again: Many people who have been in contact with Taleb are denying that he has ever been an atheist or an ex-Muslim, as do I.
He himself claimed to be a Wahhabist. He openly had contact to Hamas people, as well as IS supporters.
He threatened ex-Muslim and secular associations, as well as women who fled from Saudi Arabia, who exited Islam. The association and the women were fighting him legally. The central council of former Muslims has been attacked by him, as have I as a member. All big Islam critics have blocked Taleb because everyone received crazed messages and threats.
He has never directly criticized Islam and its associations. While we were protesting in front of mosques, he was fighting us. And he always kept defending Saudi Arabia. What for?
Dozens of affected people are currently sharing screenshots of conversations in in which he threatened the people because they are former Muslims.
In a video, he speaks of "the leftists inventing Islamism to exterminate Muslims". Not one Islam critic would write such crap.
We organized ex-Muslims openly say that he committed taqiyya. If someone was as anti-Islam as he was, wouldn't he try to kill Muslims in an attack rather than Christians at a Christmas market?
But the question of all questions is: Why did the law enforcement agencies not react to him, even though several people pointed out that he wants to kill Germans? Why did they let this terror attack happen?

Magdeburg stands for government failure, then for the attempt to blame the act on a not-involved political party to eventually talk about "hate" like Olaf Scholz did -

What bugs me about the situation
What I find strange is that he isn't an ordinary doner kebab and Bürgergeld [unemployment money] Arab, but a medical specialist for psychiatry and psychotherapy, and somewhere it's been claimed that he primarily dealt with drug addicts in prison, so not only was he in direct contact to the judiciary, but also to prisoners. And thus criminals and culprits.
In addition, he spent years attacking the "secular aid to refugees" and kept pressing criminal charges against them. You could get the impression that he only pretended to be a critic of Islam and a former Muslim to infiltrate refugees from Islam, and the attack on the Christmas market seems to have been like a false flag action, and he wasn't an AfD supporter, but wanted to compromise the AfD.
Sciencefiles says,
a "feminist anti-Islamist asylum activist and 'AfD sympathizer' who murders Christians at a Christmas market" is a bit too on the nose, not even taking Musk into account. To me as a computer scientist, it looks like the output of a committee in which the demands by all participants had to be taken into account.
And what are you supposed to
make of this?
I have checked it.
The cover is correct, back then they had a story (and
another one about the Quran at the end of the year):
Title
Do we already have Sharia?
The Frankfurt judiciary scandal about a beaten-up Muslim woman makes it clear: The third pillar is having a tough time dealing with the problems of German's immigration society. Too many verdicts are playing into the hands of Islam fundamentalists.
[...]
"In the name of the people: Fighting is allowed", the "Tageszeitung" headline reads from the left wing. "An outrageous case!", deemed "Bild" from the right wing. And also in politics - across all party boundaries - there was unity. "Intolerable", deemed Bavaria's Minister of the Interior Günther Beckstein (CSU), "worse than the back yard verdict of an Islamist imam", the SPD Islam authority Lale Akgün. Even the vice chairman of the Greens in the federal parliament, Hans-Christian Ströbele, pointed out that a German [female] judge is duty-bound to German law.
But the situation wasn't immediately about the clash of cultures in the courtroom, but the fear of a 26 year old [female] German of Moroccan origin of her violent Moroccan husband who - in spite of a no-contact order - kept threatening her. He hit her, he allegedly said he wanted to kill her if need be.
But when the [female] lawyer of the woman, Barbara Becker-Rojczyk, who wanted to divorce the marriage ahead of the legally mandated separation year, [female] judge D. was stubborn. "An unconscionable toughness" which renders an immediate dissolution of the marriage necessary, is "not given". Instead, the woman is to "expect" that her husband, who grew up in an Islamic country, is making use of his religiously given "right to corporal punishment".
In an official explanation, the judge added on the topic of Islam: In sura 4, verse 34, the Quran includes "next to the man's right to corporal punishment against the disobedient wife, also the claim of the superiority of the man compared to the woman".
In other words: A woman who marries a Muslim needs to know what's gonna come to her. In Germany too. For Alice Schwarzer, editor of the magazine "Emma", this was equivalent to a "weakening of our legal system" which is "by no means an accident". Also Germany's sole Minister of Integration, the North-Rhine Westphalian CDU man Armin Laschet [note: funny, he was the CDU's chancellor candidate in the previous general election], sees the Frankfurt judgment as "the current latest element in a chain of horrifying verdicts by German courts" - in which, for instance, so-called honor killings have been deemed as mere manslaughter and not as murder.
Not only for those reasons you need to be "almost grateful" to the Frankfurt judge "that she made a clear reference to the Quran", the Berlin family lawyer and prominent women's right activist Seyran Ates [note: she is a lolcow to some extent] said. "She only escalated what is often present underneath the surface," Judges allegedly - out of misunderstood tolerance - took the values of Muslim subcultures as extenuating circumstances and thus give a boost to the silent Islamization in the Muslim parallel world. Lawyer Atis often has to battle this in her cases. "In Frankfurt", Ates said, "for the first time it was said out loud what many people are thinking."
The Marburg-based Islam expert Ursula Spuler-Stegemann sees it similarly. "Have we got Sharia law here already?", she asks. The case shows "that things are getting out of hand here".
[...]
The debate which judge Christa D. now re-ignited seems to haunt the Germans like in fever bursts. It touches the question of how much integration law and order may or must expect from immigrants. Do the Germans accept the sometimes-archaic values of other cultures? So do they allow groups to live in a parallel society not just beside the people - but also in a diferent age and at a completely different speed? Doesn't the Republic have the duty to take the people who are foreign in society with it, at least to the present time?
[...]
Because Germany has long ago become an immigration country, a line must urgently been drawn on how tough its norms are to be enforced, how the newcomers are to be treated. And how they are to behave.
The debate keeps getting more urgent, so you need to be thankful to the Frankfurt judge for her clueless tumbling in her taboo misstep.
Because the Federal Republic, especially with very religious Muslim migrants, has a similar problem like the modern Israelis do with their orthodox Jews. The fundamentalists have many kids, so the men and women of the past could end up owning a significant part of the cuture - the same goes for the Muslims in Germany. According to a study by the University of Tübingen, their number will end up more than doubling by 2030.
For a lot of time, no big integration duties are being placed on them. For decades, German judges have essentially paved the way for Islamic fundamentalists into their parallel society. They had little resistance against the strategy of Islamic association to use the courts to fight for alleged religious freedoms. Even though - says Johannes Kandel, director of the comitee for intercultural dialogue at the political academy of the SPD-adjacent Friedrich Ebert Foundation - the lawmen had to have known that the "legal privileges of groups is opposed to the equality before the law in the secular law and order".
With a reference to the constitutional freedom of religious expression, judges are allowing Muslims in the country to take their kids away from swimming lessons or skip class trips and events. That too is how the medieval chastity ideas of East Anatolia were able to survive in enlightened Europe.
[...]
"We have been way too lenient for way too long", says Andreas Jacobs, coordinator for Middle East policy and Islamic countries in the CDU-adjacent Konrad Adenauer Foundation. However, for Jacobs, the Frankfurt judgment is not an indicator of us "silently subverting our own ideas of law and values", as Wolfgang Bosbach, interim head of the CDU in the federal parliament, fears - but a kind of aftershock of naive multicultural illusions of years past. "After all, the reactions to this nonsense show that the sensitivity has grown a lot compared to earlier."
At least since the murder of Dutch movie director Theo van Gogh, large parts of German lawmen and politicians are finally "in the waking-up stage".
[...]
In another case, it has been said that it is irrelevant whether the Quran genuinely prescribes such behavior, merely the feeling of a prescription is sufficient, the judges say. You even need to look the other way to the fact that these beliefs go "one-sided against the growing women according to Western value criteria".
A stance that has been roaming in German judge brains even a year after the attacks of September 11th 2001. Back then, the upper administrative court of North-Rhine Westphalia decided that a Muslim [female] student of the 10th grade may skip on a class trip. The family has said that the Islam forbids them to let girls come with without being accompanied by a male family member. In addition, the daughter is constantly afraid of losing her headscarf. The judges found that such fears are comparable to the situation of a "partially mentally handicapped person who, due to disabilities, is only allowed to travel with a companion".
This judgement has been devastating from the outset because it accepted the rules of - genuinely - a camel herder society in the modern age. Because, a few years prior, an Islamic legal assessment has entered the professional literature as "Camel Fatwa". The author is the chairman of the Islamic religious community of Hesse at the time, Amir Zaidan.
He found that a [female] Muslim may only distance herself from the home of her spouse or parents up to a maximum of 81 kilometers without a male blood relative. This is the distance that a camel caravan was able to travel within 24 hours at the time of Prophet Muhammad.
Zaidan advocated for this position in the year 2001 even at the Protestant church event day at Frankfurt am Main - with the argument that a woman who travels farther is risking getting raped. Apparently, you were allowed to tell such things to that assembly of do-gooders without risking being chased off the premises for raping the freedom of religion.
[...]
In clear terms: Muslim chauvinists, in whose home home countries polygamy is legal - such as in Morocco, Algeria, or Saudi Arabia - were able to co-insure their second wife in reasonable exceptional cases without premiums at statutory health insurance.
[...]
Köse knows how hard it is for [female] Muslims in Germany to show courage, to protest. Again and again, she reminds the women that the German state won't let them down. "But what do I tell them now after the judgment in Frankfurt?", Köse asks angrily. "That it can happen sometimes?" Even though the hope for the constitution, the hope that it is being enforced, sometimes is the only thing that they can lean on.
[emphasis added by Danisch]
This is what the SPIEGEL genuinely wrote in the year 2007. Just imagine how the SPIEGEL would react if someone like the AfD or Tichy or NiUS were to publish exactly the same text (beside matters of plagiarism and copyright). They would end up being branded, burned, banned immediately as a super Nazi and very far right.
Wouldn't that be an interesting question of who reorganized the Spiegel, how and by whom the Spiegel has been turned the other way around, and especially:
Why? Because, today, the SPIEGEL does exactly the opposite. See above. See here. Or the Greens? Or the CDU?
"I" decide what is right wing here!
— Veni, vidi, vici (@WWidiwici)
December 21, 2024
Has the SPIEGEL been subverted and conquered?
Or were money and corruption sufficient?
What happened there?
How could organizations like DER SPIEGEL, the CDU, the Greens be transformed, reprogrammed to the opposite direction in such a short time? And so rapidly that, even by the time of the migration wave of 2015, that is, 8 years later, they couldn't speak out, and everybody who criticized Islam was branded a Nazi, even if they did it more mildly than they themselves did?
When I look at this, surprisingly little of it seems genuinely "coincidental" to me. All of it looks like a takeover that has been conducted systematically and in a warlike way for at least 25 years, in which every critic has been subverted and reprogrammed very effectively. SPIEGEL. CDU. Green Party. That is why they suddenly no longer care about women's rights when they clash with Islam.
And somehow you can't get around the idea, the question, that AfD and Elon Musk was very problematic and very inopportune for some people, and precisely ahead of a general election which is fundamentally decisive. And the same day that Elon Musk writes that only the AfD could save Germany, an alleged critic of Islam drives into a Christmas market in which, oopsie, the bollards were open, apparently also on drugs, and bam, due to the very publicly displayed premium tweets, everybody determines that he was a Musk and AfD supporter, and you need to go and ban both.
No idea if it's because of the date or the Christmas pastries, but right now I'm having an easier time believing in Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer.
Even more doubt
More opinions and information contradicting the media mainstream.

Is Taleb A. even a doctor? Colleagues called him Dr. Google.
It is pure insanity what has been happening and going wrong around that man for years.
You really need to read that text. Thus, as an exception, I am sharing this [stuff from behind a paywall] here.
"Bernburg. - The outrage was big when details about the attacker on the Magdeburg Christmas market became known. A doctor? Particularly a doctor, who has endeavored to save and not destroy human lives? But is Taleb A. genuinely what he seems to be? Among the workers of the forensic commitment in Bernburg, the doubts have continually grown bigger since the 50 year old Saudi started working there in March 2020.
Attacker Taleb A.: Mocking nickname for ward physician
"He's called 'Dr. Google' here", an employee tells the MZ. He bears that mocking nickname because "had had to search in the Internet ahead of every diagnosis." It's not the only weird behavior that Taleb A. held in the past four and a half years. The man who is responsible for three therapy stations as a medical specialist for psychiatry and psychotherapy generally made his visitations alone. "He avoided talks with us colleagues as best as he could."
The Saudi doctor apparently also faced distrust from patients. "Some have refused to get treated by him." Because even after such a long time in Germany - allegedly he entered in 2006 - he still spoke bad German, there have been repeated misunderstandings in diagnoses, a [female] employee reported.
Criticism on treatments and diagnostics
The doctor who coordinated the therapy of drug addicted criminals kept confusing the employees with occasional suggestions. When new patients asked him how they can quickly shake off their narcotic addiction, Taleb A. kept replying: "Alcohol good, honey bad".
Erroneous medicine and internal complaints
The behavior of the Saudi is causing questions not just in the forensic commitment. The man who requested political asylum in 2016 which has been granted, posed as a critic of Islam, but used his X account to praise the Islamic terror organization Hamas and repeatedly threatened refugee Saudi women, which is why he is considered a "mysterious figure" in the Arab community in Germany according to "Correctiv".
At the start of employment, he was allowed to practice in the neighboring Salus clinic. There, however, he is no longer allowed to treat patients, employees report. The reason: On multiple occasions, Taleb A. prescribed medicine that would have been life-threatening for the patients. Nurses who noticed were able to prevent that.
"Our complaints have been swept under the rug by the clinic administration repeatedly"
Employee in forensic commitment
In spite of these cases, to the bewilderment of the employees, he has been allowed to keep working in forensic commitment. "Our complaints have been swept under the rug by the clinic administration repeatedly", says an employee. In May of this year, the 50 year old then vanished for weeks.
"We all thought that our suspicion was correct and he absconded because he is no doctor. Until he suddenly reappeared", an employee says. It wouldn't have been the first case of a "doctor" at Bernburg's forensic commitment turning out to be a fraud.
Sick leave until the day of the amok drive in Magdeburg
Until the end of October, Taleb A. was working, then he took vacation days and days off, got on sick leave. His sick leave was until December 20 - the day of his amok drive."
