Watching YoMama earlier someone claimed Phyllis has reached out for contact from people with apartments to rent in Cornwall. It’s done under the banner of the homeless group we’ve seen she works with. I don’t actually think the credit issue is the worst of Peetz and Chantal’s problems with apartment renting. If Canada is anything like Australia, property managers maintain a registry of bad tenants, whether they are bad at paying rent on time, or they are unruly/loud, or they damage apartments etc. We all know that Chantal and Peetz left the luxury villa trashed. Chantal even told us before they left that they wouldn’t be cleaning it because the landlords do all that between tenants (replacing carpets, repainting etc). I don’t know if that’s true, unless needed, but it would certainly be true for after they vacated the villa. They just took what they wanted, left all the stuff they didn’t, including months of built up rubbish, litter trays, poop and pee infused couch and Chantal’s bed etc, and shut the door behind them. They’ll be on a “list” somewhere that agents can access, so private rental will be their only option for that reason alone.

At any rate, the reactors and Twitter-dwellers are making something out of nothing here. She's trying to help Indigenous homeless people, not fat white women. People often look at Aunt Phyllis's Facebook to search for veiled references to Chantal and her activities, but reading Aunt Phyllis's Facebook is a lot like reading a horoscope: it's so vague that anything she posts could be seen as relating to Chantal.
