prolonged the suffering of the children, the infirm and the heroes of America, including 9/11 survivors

placed a dollar value on a human life

put his fellow Americans at serious risk by drink driving upwards of 80 times

They have him on camera committing the murder and literally caught him with the smoking gun in his possession.

Why on earth would they offer him a plea deal?

They have a masked guy on camera committing the murder and a suspect who *conveniently* had an evidence locker’s worth of evidence on him, any lawyer worth their salt should be able to introduce reasonable doubt…

I can't say I have much sympathy for the CEO here. UnitedHealthcare has been complicit in basically every global-leftist scheme in the medical industry since 2008 when they sponsored the bill that created ObamaCare. They were likewise complicit in the handling of Covid, denying coverage to Covid patients while at the same time backing the dangerous, untested Covid vaccine. When you consider the death toll from both of those things, plus the AI created to automatically deny claims, this guy's kill count exceeds that of Osama Bin Laden.

It's only natural that someone would whack him, though personally I think the CEO of Pfizer would have been a worthier target.

we're not talking about the crime that he committed, we're talking about the justice he deserved, nigger.
Justice for what?

So he was caught with fake I'd and manifest where he admits the murder and he pleads not guilty?
How does this even make sense?
He's an idiot and emotionally stunted spouting Marxist talking points. What do you expect?

Where does 80 times come from? Stop being retarded and making shit up. I would agree this is the worst thing he's done.
The opening blurb of this post is that they are wrong and it's fake news.

Jealous?
I’m loving all the “but he had children” fags in this thread.
Sic semper tyrannis, bitches.
These are some of the most reddit tier posts I've seen on KF.

Seriously, nobody other than online losers are "uniting" behind this killer. In real life most people see him for what he is, a coward that shot an unarmed innocent man with two kids in the back. But if this is what you want to hang your hats on then good luck.

How did all these incel basement dwellers get tickets to SNL?

An average drunk driver has driven drunk over 80 times before first arrest.

Arrest data: Federal Bureau of Investigation, “Crime in the United States: 2014” https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/ucr/crime-in-the-u.s/2014/crime-in-the-u.s.-2014/tables/table-29 Incidence data: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “Alcohol-Impaired Driving Among Adults — United States, 2012.” Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report. August 7, 2015 / 64(30);814-817. http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6430a2.htm

  • Often, drunk drivers will not get caught the first time they drive under the influence. In fact, the average drunk driver will repeat this behavior 80 times or more before getting caught, and often, they’re caught because they were in a car accident.

In May 2024, the Hollywood, Florida, Firefighters' Pension Fund sued Thompson and two UnitedHealth Group executives (CEO Andrew Witty and executive chairman Stephen J. Hemsley), alleging fraud and insider trading. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants failed to disclose an antitrust investigation into the company by the United States Department of Justice and by selling stock options before the probe was made public. The suit states that Thompson and Hemsley sold a combined total of $120 million worth of UHC stock, four months before the DOJ probe was made public to UHC shareholders and to the general public.

in the bible the reason jesus whipped the money lenders in the temple is that he explicitly said it was violating his father's house. you can say "but he shouldn't have used violence" and i mean yeah that's the point he got hunted down and killed afterwards. you can say "but, they had a right to use the temple too" and like yeah they did but they were breaking unwritten social contract. make no mistake, i'm not trying to conflate the actions of a man who murdered another man in public to that of a messiah. but what i am doing is pointing out that the gay motte and bailey people are pulling about the actions of this guy in public are very similar to the gay semantic motte and bailey bullshit people try and pull about the parts of the jesus parable that are about men behaving like men in public.

is it justifiable to gun a man down in the street? i dunno, probably not, although most people make exceptions to cases like gary plauche where the victim was directly responsible for the violation of the dignity of your family members. since that's pretty much universally agreed upon to be the legacy of this guy's tenure as an obamacare CEO, its made people realize that gunning down comically evil executives in public is functionally in the same moral area as lynching child molesters.
