You know, I've been getting older and normally I'd really be open to literally robbing nations of their brightest to make ourselves better but uh.....with my age comes the experience of life and I gotta tell you guys, pajeets are fucking trash. They come here, they find a job and they do three things.
1. They do absolutely dogshit work, but they will come in at unreasonable hours to do that dog shit quality work and it makes them look busy which makes them look competent. They'll take all the shit you give them too, I mean they are pincushions for verbal abuse and considering how poor their work is and how many mistakes they make, it comes often.
2. While this is happening they are collecting evidence of them being treated like shit, then they throw it all at HR, claim it's racism and the manager gets fired. Guess who gets hired? The guy that's always working. The guy HR would also feel is a good look for their area after a case of racist hiring/firing practices.
3. Then they hire all their fucking cousins or all their indian friends and surprise, guess who gets fired? Everyone who doesn't look like them, all for completely spurious reasons, all for shit they set you up for and you now have an entire sector of employment that's locked off to you and anybody that was born here for decades to come.
The best thing you can ever do is just never hire a pajeet, not unless you want you and all your friends to lose their jobs in under a year. Literally every other race will work hard and not play fucking games but these guys are faggots and they don't give a fuck.

The grand majority of jeets i have worked with are very bad at coding and never get into staff roles. Best they can do is senior. I know 25-30 year old staff engineers that are all white boys of various nationalities, and I know jeets in their 40s who are stuck as senior engineers. And the senior engijeet's code sucks. It's because they are not good at thinking deeply about a problem.
A retard like Elon, who is all gung-ho about min-maxing work productivity (didn't he at one point want his engineers at Twitter to print out their code weekly for some sort of a code review with the big guy himself?) *should* know all this first hand.
So the fact he is pushing so strongly for jeet import, and insisting that it's just not productive to teach American talent coding is very sus. Why would he do that?
The options that come to mind:
1) Elon is a retard who knows nothing about engineering, or how to evaluate quality of an engineer. He has some jeet who kisses his ass on the regular whisper into his ear to import more jeets (because of course. Nepotism and cronyism is in jeet's blood). Because Elon is a retard who is having his ego stroked under the table, he is trusting this jeets opinion. (Likely? Yes.)
2) Elon is a shit employer who wants jeets on visas because they are easy to overwork, and underpay, and easy to get rid of when you need to do layoffs to pump the stock up before a quarterly call with the investors. And even better: easy to keep in line because you are holding their visas above their heads the entire time they work for you. You fire them and they have a short amount of time to get a new job or else they must gtfo the country. These workers will not get fussy over worker's rights, overtime pay, or no snacks in the office kitchen. Or leave because they didn't get a promotion. Elon is a short-sighted retard and thinks that all these reasons make jeets a better worker than their American counterpart. (Likely? EXTREMELY)

I think the breakdown of why Indians are getting hired for these high profile jobs is pretty straightforward:
Take a spoonful of the Oligarch-Jeet-Ouroboros of recommending other Jeets for positions they're unqualified for,
