Yes Russ continues to view court proceedings as tattling to Mom or the teacher when caught doing something bad.
I can't escape the pessimistic feeling that at this point the Judge will just accept any drivel Russ manages to scrawl out and move on, continuing to prejudice the defense, snd imposing extreme legal costs on the defense by forcing them to deal with the plaintiffs non stop nonsense. Simply because the Judge doesn't want to get in trouble for being mean to the retard.
