On the topic of Ketamine...
With the 25g of coke, we may have been sleeping on K, somewhat. I'm no expert so forgive my normie reporting.
Background...
Nick published this on Locals on Dec. 16, 2024.

I went back and reviewed
his Dec. 18, 2023 stream, closest to his post-birthday, to get the rundown. (Timestampped to the Rumble flip.)
1) After a very short Rumble flip (less than 1 min), this happened at about 1:15:00 (timestamped in link).

He looked like he got caught. In fact, it almost looks like he edited out a second or two. The video skips a bit. Video experts out there may want to take a look.
2) The birthday night itself...
- He and Kayla went with April and Aaron (unnamed) to Butcher & The Boar for dinner.
- They clearly stayed at a hotel (he mentions the snowy weather when they drove back home the next day).
- Aaron gifted him with some Kentucky whisky blend - he drank it on stream and thanked his friends.
3) KETAMINE: He was in a GREAT mood and fairly jumpy. You can see his shakes at one point but not the alcohol kind (he didn't drink too much on the stream). He was more jazzed up and excited.
Nick knows A LOT about ketamine. He...
- Compares it favorably vs SSRIs (via Kayla?)
- Says the disassociation of Ketamine is a far better cure for depression than SSRIs due to the dumbing down issues with SSRIs.
- Knows the dosage by milligrams per body weight with specificity
- Claims to know someone who administers it*
- Says it has a low risk of addiction
- Clout chases by saying it's the choice of Silicone Valley billionares (he does not name Elon... but that's well established).
- Knows how K interacts with every drug, esp cocaine
- Details different ways to administer (IV, snorting, orally).
- Clearly reviewed in detail Matthew Perry's toxicology report, including the hot tub issues.
* I'm convinced he's getting it by Rx, atp. This may explain the Muppet talk on Melton's show, etc.
The content was 70% talk about ketamine but not always relating to the topic's third parties (Matthew Perry, Maya Kawalski). We may have been sleeping a bit on the ketamine issues with Rekieta. My 15 min of research shows that significant brain deterioration can be a result of chronic use... but I'm no expert.
4) Some first-level research on Ketamine abuse:
Link
My Conclusions:
- The stream is a master-class in gaslighting his audience into thinking he's simply smart about Ketamine and the gubberment's dumb efforts to control it. With hindsight, he obviously was using it, with cocaine.
- Is he getting it by Rx (legal)? Possibly.
- K appears to be under-studied despite normal use for pain relief. Reliable studies about abuse seem scant.
- It's a weird stream to watch and consider... now.
