I've never seen this picture until now, but I do remember normies bringing it up IRL for a while.

At first glance, It looks like the kind of setup I have when the current character is more of a roleplay build rather than an efficient combat build. I don't really engage with the "communities" of FromSoft games and just enjoy their videogames on my own terms; I don't usually enjoy doing meta builds unless I stumble on them myself through experimentation, so I end up doing a lot of bizarre shit.

But the longer I look at it, the more questions I have about the fucking weird-ass way he must play ER if he ended up here naturally:
Why are there multiple spirit ashes in the quickbar? You can only use one per fight, I don't think they're a thing you need to reliably pull up.
He's wearing the Radahn set, but doing Academy magic? Why isn't he doing Gravity magic? It's not a roleplay character then... is it?
I want more detail on that lower equip load. Does he just go naked for fast rolls? Why have an HP amulet if you plan on doing rolls? Why not just fully commit to rolls instead of relying on heavy as fuck armor in the first place?
Why two shields? Why the bow when he uses fuckin' magic??

Like I said, I like to do weird shit, that's how I discovered Blood+Frenzy as my favourite character archetype so far, but I'm morbidly curious about how the fuck this man's brain works in regards to Elden Ring and similar games or if this entire situation is total bullshit and he doesn't actually play/is casual as fuck/doesn't know shit/reads troll builds and uses them thinking they're cool.

All that said, I feel like I was betrayed, and I don't care one way or the other about him. I hope he is pushed out of Trump's orbit now, or made to heel like the faggot paypig he is. It's going to be interesting to me now to see how he handles things going forward, he seems like the type of person to never back down. On the other hand, he was deadset against alex jones being banned on twitter (over targeting kids of sandy hook) but he backed down on that. Theoretically I wouldn't mind more H1B visas if

A. We also deported the majority of illegal immigrants.
B. We get rid of affirmative action hiring, so immigrants have to genuinely compete based on their own merits
C. The H1Bs are genuinely top class talent.

The problem is I don't believe that any of these things will happen. I suspect mass deportation is a complicated logistical task that will take more than 4 years to properly execute. We might see slight dip in DEI hiring, due to overwhelming backlash, but it'll still continue. Worst if all are the Indians. Indians are nearly never top class talent, and they only hire their own. Introducing more of them is self destructive.
