He's been at this for awhile now and people apparently get threaten with lawsuits if they say its him

Oh this makes some sense. The SEC and some other parts of the faggot government have done bullshit investigations and charges against him in the past based on tweets and similar shit.

I never really read the lawsuits but they seemed totally retarded from a glance.

So the "voice actor"/Adrian is basically him just not acting and giving the middle finger to the government and giving himself just enough plausible deniability that they can't actually do anything.

The fact he isn't even changing his voice makes it even funnier because he's basically just fucking with them (I haven't heard the clips myself)
