I did an nmap scan and port 50001 was open, which is a "feature" of gateways you can rent out from Bell if you don't have your own modem+router. If these facts match up in the future, we can probably assume she's at the same location.

How I found this - the phisher blocked out the IP but not the hostname. A hostname is a human readable synonym for an IP. Since there wasn't one (or really there wouldn't be a realistic way to propagate it), the IP === hostname. The more you know! Nerd lesson over.
