It depends on a lot on what kind of evidence Alyssa will try to introduce. If she starts admitting her TikTok videos as "evidence" in the lawsuit, she could face some serious consequences because she will be questioned about those in her deposition or possibly in court, both of which will be under oath. In which case, by repeating the claims from the videos and presenting them as evidence of "long term harassment", she would be committing perjury. (18 U.S.C. § 1621)

I do not think we will ever get there, because I fully expect the lawsuit to be dismissed, but there is a possibility depending on how woke the "randomly assigned" judge is, that the case might get to the point where Alyssa has to lie under oath and use those videos.
