Shitlips is probably too retarded to understand "gypping" (lmao "jipping" what a sped) is generally considered a racial slur in current year.

It's not something a person of normal intelligence would put in a legal filing.
If he's lucky, the Judge won't either. It's more a thing in Europe where normal people have to up with Gypsies. A better term in the USA would be Kikery, or "Getting Jewed". Means the same thing really.

For example "When Martin Screlli bought the patent for the Epi Pen and raised the price 5000%, he really Jewed people with diabetes out of their money. This was some next level Kikery.

I hope Hardin cites this, but I think the judge might just memory-hole it because the issue of witnesses is settled by stipulation.

It would still be nice to see Hardin force the judge to confront his own words, especially the part where he told Greer that his BS was without merit and not justified, only for Greer to turn around and DECLARE that his noncompliance was INDEED justified. It's just such a blatant fuck-you to the judge and I want the judge to have to face that, even though he will still likely choke it down and ask for more via letting it all slide.

Null will seek to label Greer as a vexatious litigant per emails:

I know it's probably the right thing to do legally, but I would've waited til the last possible moment to file this.

I mean we all know it won't happen, but there's a theoretical chance that the judge's response to the Jabba-sized turd currently in the court rectum could render everything moot.

I'd ordinarily agree with the "file at the last moment" thing, and that's conventional wisdom, but considering that the obvious reason for the single Request for Production is to put an evidentiary foundation in basis for a vexlit motion[*], I think it's best to avoid the usual procedural shenanigans and appear to be pure and white as the driven snow.

Let's just say Russ should be shitting his gimp pants at this Request for Production.

[*] And other reasons I won't mention to avoid accidentally helping the tard.
