Seems like he’s doing literally anything to avoid this case being kicked out by the judge. Suddenly he wants to do ‘meet & confer’ when Hardin starts asking for fees and designating Russ a vexatious litigant.He'll argue the 'kill list' is copyright.
Any conferring will just be shovel mech loads full of Russ plightsplaining and making things up, anyway. There will be enough paperwork to wipe out large swathes of national forests, and still Russ will fail to deal with the actual legal matter at hand. As longs as Russ can keep the plights coming, the legal case will still be open and he’ll feel like he’s winning.
I suspect this is a case of Hardin allowing Russ the perfect amount of rope to absolutely hogtie himself with.

No, I think Hardin's playing it right. Playing this all the judge's way and treating this like a real trial has led to more and more anti-court outbursts from Greer.
"I’m not going to keep playing these games with you regarding deficiencies or what not" - how much longer till he just comes out and says "Fuck this court, its rules, and its judge"?

If he applied for an RO and it was denied, Josh wouldn't even be notified, would he?
Assuming he actually filed something, and this isn't a police tip line complaint that he's exaggerating, the filing and the denial should be tracked in the system somewhere.

HE DID, sans the fuck. He came right out in his show cause filing and declared that he was justified in refusing to comply with rule 26 disclosures, AFTER the judge already stated that he was not so justified. It really chaps my caboose that this fuck you to the court and the judge is apparently going to be completely swept under the rug as just another sassy pro se hijink, because of the stipulation.

He either lied or it is under seal. There are two cases statewide against one Joshua Moon, and they are debt recovery cases (and likely not regarding our Josh anyway)
Likewise for Federal court (nor our Josh either):
I'll see if I can't find anything more about it tomorrow, but we may just have to see what he produces to Mr. Hardin and what gets entered into evidence.

Judges can see sealed cases, but I doubt a Federal Judge could see a state sealed record.
Mr. Hardin can file things whenever; Russ needs his things to be filed with the clerk.

I hate how he capitalizes "I" correctly, then in the same line writes it as a lowercase "i" for no reason. But don't worry guys, once Greer presses charges against that dastardly Josh Moon for coordinating cyberterrorism against him everything will be fine! Things are coming up Greer!

The Russ-Fatrick crossover is the cow union I didn't know I needed for the new year. With them united, we will all be enjoying prison before 2026.
