I think the claim of “a country of immigrants” is not that off because for over a hundred years America has received literal hordes of immigrants. The big difference is that the people that came here didn’t do so because they heard about gibs. Like The Dude famously said about today’s Chinamen: “These are not the guys who built the fucking railroads.”

Melting pot ideology did horrendous damage to this nation because it twisted reality to sell the lie of the early globalist swine. Yes America was built up by immigrants, but apples are not oranges and like you said the immigrants we are getting today are not the same as those we used to get. And it's more than just a racial thing, it is a cultural incompatibility issue - somewhere along the line we became too embarrassed to just state we want people who want to be Americans not people who want to maintain their own cultural identity and then just profit from taking an Americans job and benefits.

The job of coal miner isn't one many would want. It's brutal work and the potential side effects of being in that line of work are well known. At the very least in a hypothetical situation where the United States reduced its amount of immigration companies would have to react to having a smaller potential pool of workers rather then an expendable work force and any paths to get out of that industry wouldn't be filled with foreigners (or as many anyway) fighting for the same jobs as the natives.
Which is why we need a race war. Trump will make a scheduled holiday for each purge. Trust the plan.

well who we considering white, cause are the Italians white or the irish? What if someone’s got 10% black blood from an ancestor but is overall still pale skinned? What defection of white we using, the modern one or the 1920s one 😉
Anyone that passes the color swatch test. Some Italians apply, if the Irish are too pink they don’t pass. Same situation applies to the Italians for being too Mediterranean, I don’t want to live near a fucking Greek.

It’s all PoS based now but I was making an allusion to the stereotypical duties of a gas station attendant. I bring up whiteness because that is the American dream,
Curious, I asked: "why are most gas station attendants Indian in the US?" What I found is that it boils down to low cost of entry and community distribution of resources. Basically, it's easier to pool your money into resources/services that Americans use everyday. Asian, Middle Eastern immigrants developed a "communal" sense of ownership through basic skills, which they pass on to their families. They're not competing to be the next Wal-Mart.

This quote hits me:

Contrast this with the mood of most Americans. How many American high school seniors say “When I grow up, I want to own a gas station”? When was the last time an industrious young American girl said “I want to operate a textile production operation out of my basement”? What American parents proudly announce at the dinner party that their son wants to run a motel? How many high school guidance counselors tell their student, “Jimmy, I think you should consider starting a party store”? What starry-eyed American youth dreams of one day managing a breakfast diner?

People want to work for a company to prove themselves as a tool. That's not to say that entrepreneurship doesn't exist, it sounds like THOSE skill sets aren't as attractive in today's capitalist world to WORK in.

It should be important to note, that "Give us your poor" does not apply to the all immigrants, as the poem was written one year after the Chinese Exclusion Act.
Here's some interesting historical trivia, did you know that poem, the "melting pot" metaphor and the term "nation of immigrants" all have something in common? It's just a coincidence sure, but it's there none the less.

You do not own a home with a white picket fence, drive a nice car, or afford children living on minimum wage from being a gas station worker. Especially not in the modern economy.
okay
1) not every job needs to support a family. teenagers and college students exist, along with other groups looking for low-skilled, low-pay shit
2) sounds like the economy needs to get fixed

I said it in the post about his death, but Carter appointed (((Mariana Pfaelzer))), who ended up filing a permanent injunction against Proposition 187 which, along with Reagan's awful amnesty bill, has caused California's downfall into a liberal shithole. That in itself disappears any sympathy for Carter. I hope his last moments were filled with pain.
There is one thing that made me really dislike Carter as a President.

In 1978, the African country of Rhodesia was in a transitionary period where the white-minority-ruling government under Prime Minister Ian Smith needed international recognition of the country because of the crippling sanctions by the West and black nationalist guerrillas supported by the Soviets and its Communist neighbors. In comparison to apartheid South Africa, Smith acknowledged that the whites will ultimately have to power-share with the black population. However, he and the whites wanted their black civilians to be educated, industrious, and not rely heavily on the state so they can make wise decisions when electing new representatives and politicians.

To prepare for this occasion, the whites aimed to educate and culturally integrate the country's native Africans. They built schools and hospitals and provided jobs and public housing for the black population. Rhodesian blacks soon became more wealthier and educated than blacks in the neighboring countries of Rhodesia, of which they are starving and impoverished. The entire existence of blacks in these black nationalist communist states is to become soldiers and breeders to spread war and communism, as these states except South Africa are backed by the Soviet Union. There was a documentary depicting the Rhodesian black working-class who live in the suburbs of the country's capital city with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and kitchen (albeit cramp).

With these developments, Smith then appealed to moderate black nationalists to create Rhodesia's next evolution: Zimbabwe-Rhodesia. In this iteration, the whites would give blacks majority of the seats in the country's parliament while letting the whites keep control of management until blacks are more educated in state affairs. After the agreement was made, there was a new election, of which British observers noticed it was free and fair. With this election, Zimbabwe-Rhodesia would receive its first black Prime Minister Abel Muzorewa, the Rhodesian-Zimbabwean version of Nelson Mandela, because he rejected violence in contrast to radical black nationalists like Robert Mugabe. The election did not include the parties of the radical (Soviet-backed) black nationalist guerrillas, because they insist on using violence to achieve their goals and refuse to assimilate and become more educated on the electoral process.

The radical black nationalists were outraged and rejected this agreement, demanding the violence to continue. The United Nations soon called the election "illegal" and "null" and said that this election and agreement still serves the white-minority government. Smith and Muzorewa appealed to the West, under leadership of the United States under President Jimmy Carter and the United Kingdom under Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Thatcher and the U.S. Senate urge for sanctions against Rhodesia to end and for the West to recognize Rhodesia. However, Carter and his Cabinet remained staunchly opposed. Carter and/or his Cabinet convinced Thatcher to drop support for Rhodesia due to the "international community's" continued support of the guerrillas.

In the end, Smith and Muzorewa was forced to concede and gave back Zimbabwe-Rhodesia to the United Kingdom in 1980. The United Kingdom then allowed new elections that included the Soviet-backed radical black nationalist guerrilla parties, and observers reported of the guerrillas using violence and intimidation to farm votes for their parties. The UN called these elections "free" and "fair." In the new devolution of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe became the country's Prime Minister after his party won most of the seats. Mugabe sent the military to massacre the black population that supported a party that threatens his hold over radical black nationalist votes, turned Zimbabwe into a one-party state, and started harassing and assaulting the country's white population. In the end, Zimbabwe became a ruin of itself, with many of its black citizens wishing to live back when Smith/Muzorewa was Prime Minister.

I think it can be said that Carter's response was more practical given the circumstances, but trade with Zimbabwe-Rhodesia, the "Breadbasket of Africa," can relax some of the economic pressure that the United States was enduring in that time. Zimbabwe-Rhodesia would have been the perfect role model nation for Africa to adopt and could be useful to spread American and Western influence to create functioning states in Africa by just simply culturally assimilating and educating the blacks there. But no, he doomed a nation with so much potential and now Africa is full of shithole countries ruled by warlords which consequently leads to getting ruled by China. I really despise Carter for this.

Literally just let the niggers pump your gas and clean your car. Did you forget about the 40s and 50s?
No, I haven't. Here's what the average milkman looked like in the 50s.

And here's the lovely wife interacting with the milkman while she tends to the house, gossips to her friends, and greets her husband after a long day at work. You know why? Because the husband made enough to have a house, a car, a steady income, AND a inconspicuous wife that may or may not be having an affair with the milkman.

Let me go further: here's what the average woman looked like in the 40s-50s:

And here's who women aspire to be from media in the 50s:

Of course, I'm looking at this with rose tinted glasses. Times have changed, some better, some worse.

It's not attractive socially either. I don't think "I own a gas station" will get you in a girl's pants or impress your friends.

If you want to be the coal miner you’re a sucker.
Average salary of a WV coal miner is $27.76/hr these days. Doesn't sound too bad to me. Sounds like an honest job to me. Maybe we should be learning to code instead? I mean coal is pretty obsolete since we export most of it to China and coal fucks up the beauty of Appalachia and fucks up the lungs of anyone who lives within a few miles of a coal plant. But hey, my search shows uranium miners make a similar salary too.
It’s all PoS based now but I was making an allusion to the stereotypical duties of a gas station attendant. I bring up whiteness because that is the American dream, what poor immigrants and niggers aspired to be while living in brownbrick shithole hives in redlined neighborhoods of the inner cities. You do not own a home with a white picket fence, drive a nice car, or afford children living on minimum wage from being a gas station worker. Especially not in the modern economy.
>drive a nice car
You don't own a home and have kids AND drive a nice car. Spending money on a nice car is for rich people and the nigger rich. We just need to make cars cheap and not shit again like all the 90s and early 00s Toyotas that were cheap and reliable and what actual families owned.

Dude looks like an analog horror villian
Albino nigger Sriram 1.0

True. I worked minimum wage to pay my bachelors, but the visa pipeline is reverting white progress and needs to go. I have no problem with a fellow white man putting my card on the pump or serving me McDonald’s. What I do have a problem with is the constant rotation of spic and jeet families that nest in the local businesses with a currency transaction building within a few blocks. When you’re driving about look around at the signs and see whatever fucked up ethnicity has landed in your community.

Sure, but owning a gas station means having a steady income through owning/managing your own business. Hell, you could even hire neighborhood kids wanting to make a quick buck over the summer or have interns/apprentices that could learn people/menial skills. You know, supporting local businesses and your community through redistribution.

I bet that girl would be impressed when you could fill up her car at a discount, clean her windshield, check her tire pressure, maybe do a quick inspection for her. If not, that's her problem. Of course, this is just ONE example that I can think of with that example.
